We booked two villas for a week at this brand new adults only resort and had a wonderful experience overall. It is clear no expense has been spared in creating this beautiful complex of seven villas surrounding a stunning central pool, all set within meticulously landscaped gardens. The owners and staff deserve real credit for the care, attention to detail, and pride they have invested in creating such a relaxing and welcoming environment. What we loved: * The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Well done to the entire team. * The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and very well appointed. * Each villa has a lovely private patio, providing a perfect space to relax outdoors. * The entire resort is immaculately maintained, with daily housekeeping available if desired. * The swimming pool is luxurious, and its setting amongst the gardens is simply superb. * Complimentary bicycles with locks are a thoughtful addition. * Fresh bottled drinking water is provided daily. * Being an adults-only resort is a huge advantage, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. * It was lovely to meet and chat with the owners, who live next door and clearly care deeply about the resort. As a new resort, there are just a few improvements that would certainly elevate the guest experience even further. Suggestions: Breakfast was the key area that fell below the otherwise excellent standard. Vegetarian options were extremely limited, despite advising we were vegetarian, with much of the buffet left uncovered, attracting insects and leading to leftover food / unnecessary waste. Fried eggs were housed in with the meat selection, which may not suit some guests. Tea was also unavailable at breakfast. A simple made-to-order breakfast menu with a small selection of fresh options (such as yoghurt and granola, smoothie bowls, omelettes, eggs, pancakes, etc.), alongside covered pastries, toast, fruit, tea, and coffee, would provide greater choice, fresher food, significantly reduce leftover over, and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Breakfast Accessibility is challenging during inclement weather. The breakfast buffet is set up in the small reception area, which requires a short outdoor walk from each villa. Outside reception there are only four small tables with parasols for guests to dine. When it rains, which is on most days during the wet season, it is impractical to sit outside, leaving guests with no option but to carry trays of food back to their villas through torrential rain or avoid breakfast paid for. Our breakfast experience on our last day was ruined due to torrential rain. The reception area itself is not configured to accommodate indoor breakfast seated tables, making the overall breakfast experience highly inconvenient in regular wet weather. Providing a covered or indoor dining area would significantly improve the guest experience and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Wi-Fi was intermittent throughout our stay and unavailable for almost two full days. Reliable internet is increasingly important, particularly for guests combining leisure with remote work. The above improvement suggestions are offered with genuine positive intent. This is already an outstanding boutique resort, and a few relatively simple improvements, particularly to the breakfast offering, would elevate it among the best adults only retreats in the area. We would happily recommend staying here and hope our feedback helps make an already wonderful resort even better for future guests. We look forward to seeing the resort flourish in the years ahead.

The view of this villa is spectacular and stunning especially with the infinite pool. The villa was clean and perfectly organised. The location of the place is a bit off as difficulty moving in and out to Ao Nang street provided you follow the shuttle of the villa. Grab usually will not drive up to the hill but can request the shuttle to fetch from entrance at down hill. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. No much choices of breakfast for vegetarian.

They let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I got a spacious room with a terrace on the top floor, so the view was amazing! Great location. The ladies at the front desk were all very smiling and friendly. Housekeeping every day, clean towels, two bottles of water, coffee. The only downside is that my bed linen wasn't changed once during the whole week.

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

Infinity Aonang Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Birthday Stay at Pakasai Resort! I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day. I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe. Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. It's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said ”that doesn't look like our room”. After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to ”sleep on it”, pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said ”I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp”. She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins ”for the trouble”. After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a ”do not disturbe” sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

Breakfast was below average, does not have much variety, can be quiet hot as they do not fans at some seating areas. One weird thing was they charged us around 50 baht when we requested some bowls, plates and utensils to be sent to our room. We used it the first night and they left the dirty dishes there until we checked out (housekeeping was done everyday). Some staff are friendly and some may not be so helpful. Environment was okay but the placr was a bit old

This was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach! There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
