We abbsolutely loved staying here. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The resort has it’s own private beach which is great! We also enjoyed the food here. They have pretty diverse food options for breakfast and excellent service!

This hotel has a great environment, and its own private beach. It's a good choice for Chinese travelers who prefer peace and privacy. The only downside is the food; there aren't many restaurants nearby, and it takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to town. The hotel's own food isn't really suited for Chinese palates, it's all foreign cuisine.

The hotel has a beautiful location and the beach is truly excellent. The room was also comfortable and nicely designed. The staff are generally friendly and polite. However, this hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. There was no security or lifeguard at the pool or the beach, which is very concerning, especially for families with children. The staff are kind, but there is almost no proactive service. You need to explain everything twice and personally find someone if you need assistance. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels and tissues were not replenished unless we specifically requested them. Nothing in the room was refreshed automatically. Even more disappointing, the WiFi was cut off immediately after we checked out. One particularly unpleasant experience happened at the restaurant by the beach. I briefly stepped inside in my swimsuit just to call my child. I explained that we were leaving immediately to change and would return for dinner properly dressed. Instead of a polite reminder, I was told in a harsh tone that I had to leave immediately and that proper clothing was required. The way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is nice in terms of location and beach quality, but the service level and overall management do not justify a 5-star rating.

Ananta Burin Resort is genuinely an excellent choice, especially for families with children. Its main highlight is the 'Fantasy World' pool with its large water slides, making it one of the best-reputed family-friendly hotels in Krabi. Breakfast offers a wide variety (including ice cream for kids), but reviews are mixed; it can get crowded during peak times, and the coffee and juice are just average. * **Service & Hygiene:** Staff are generally friendly and professional, but some guests have reported that certain facilities (like restrooms) aren't maintained or cleaned adequately, and occasionally there are small ants in the rooms. We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel exudes luxury and tranquility with a beautiful view. Despite being right in the city center, you wouldn't know it. Upon check-in, there was a misunderstanding regarding whether our booked room would have a bathtub. After some discussion, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony! The room is fully equipped with all amenities, and drinking water is refilled daily. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to give you an unforgettable experience. There are 3 different saltwater pools and 2 restaurants. You can also order food and drinks via a QR code to be delivered to your sun lounger by the pool. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. You can enjoy the view during breakfast both indoors and outdoors. There's also a fitness room with brand-new equipment. I honestly can't think of anything negative about this hotel, and if we're ever in Krabi again, we will definitely be back!

After checking in, I found the air conditioning wasn't working, so I reported it to customer service. They quickly moved me to a new room, and their service attitude was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. 🌅🌅🌅

I absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort in Krabi—it was absolutely perfect in every way. The scenery here is breathtakingly beautiful, with turquoise waters, golden sand, and stunning limestone cliffs all around. The beach itself is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous; I couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot to relax by the ocean. The best part by far is the resort’s swimming pool, which is actually the largest pool in Thailand. We spent so much time there and had the best time swimming, laughing, and enjoying the water—it was so much fun. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to every need. Overall, everything was flawless. We had an incredible time in Thailand, and this resort made our trip even more wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough!

Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. Overall a good experience staying here. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach, boats to Railay and right on the Main Street! The rooftop pool is what makes the place stand out from the rest. The views of the cliffs and oceans from the pool was amazing! Only negative is that there was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. The rooms are quite basic and there were a few ants in the room. Would recommend staying here!!

If they can spend more service it will be a much nicer resort. Really appreciate the location and the environment, and the private beach, and also the villa area. But… Can’t say the room is dirty but dusty; The grumpy face of an old woman in reception is worst in Thailand ever, I couldn’t understand why she is here if she doesn’t like her job or welcome the guest; The breakfast was included but the food is not good enough to wake me up so if I have a choice I will not pay for it; The price is good, so if u don’t care about these, it’s still a worth to go.
