It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.

The room was very spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially loved the hotel's private beach – it was clean, not crowded, and felt very safe, with excellent facilities. I really enjoyed my time here; the staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. Definitely worth another visit!

This hotel was a real favorite! Everything was perfect: the staff, the facilities, the service, the location… Every detail has been carefully considered. A special shout-out for the cleanliness: the teams even clean the balcony every day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautiful, furnished with meticulous attention to detail. For instance, there are plenty of outlets, which is not always the case in all hotels, and there are even some on the balcony! :) The staff are attentive, warm, smiling, and always go the extra mile. You don’t even need to ask for anything; they anticipate your needs with great discretion. The location is ideal. The hotel is situated right on Ao Nang’s main pedestrian street, with a 7-Eleven directly opposite, a currency exchange office, and numerous shops and services nearby. You can reach Ao Nang beach in less than a five-minute walk. Everything is accessible on foot. A huge thank you to the entire Panan Krabi team for this exceptional stay!

A nice, cozy boutique-style hotel with an overall positive impression. Breakfast offers a modest selection, but everything is tasty and well-prepared. The on-site restaurant also delivers — the food is genuinely good. A nice bonus is having a Starbucks right on the property. The main downside is the location: the hotel is somewhat far from the town center and nearest shops, which can be inconvenient if you need to run errands or explore locally. A pleasant stay overall. A good choice if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable hotel and don’t mind being a bit away from the hustle and bustle.

Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: Excellent and fully equipped, the pool has a spiral slide. Environment: Modern style. Service: All staff are warm and polite. This hotel offers fantastic value for money. The pool bar's Happy Hour with two beautiful cocktails for 200 baht is a super deal! The only downside is that it's far from the sea and the pier; everything else is a plus.

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to families. The resort is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities and facilities that children can enjoy. The kids' pool was one of the highlights of our trip—it was well-designed, clean, and provided hours of fun for the little ones. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. The team at the check-in counter was warm, professional, and efficient, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The resort itself is very well maintained, with clean facilities, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail evident throughout the property. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic family getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel is truly impressive; I've stayed here four times now, and whenever I visit Krabi, this is my go-to choice. It's right by the beach, offers great privacy, and is surrounded by mountains. The staff provide excellent service, and honestly, everything about this place is just fantastic.

The resort has a spacious room, which is a plus, though the furniture is quite old. Bathroom amenities were basic, and hair conditioner was not provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste were also not replenished daily. There were many mosquitoes around the resort, and breakfast was standard. Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., and a slightly longer timing would be appreciated. We noticed ants on some tables in the breakfast area, possibly due to the wooden furniture. One highlight was the wide selection of beverages available at breakfast.
