I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day.
I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner.
The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe.
Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

MM531812****The decor and scenery at the hotel are absolutely stunning, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Initially, we were given a room where there was renovation work happening downstairs, and being on a lower floor, it was quite damp. After we reported it, they quickly moved us to another room. The restaurant food is genuinely delicious; we never had a bad dish. The coconut jelly and ice cream are particularly outstanding! My husband is allergic to cilantro in seafood sauce, and the restaurant staff promptly remade the dish for us (Nicky Su Tar Play, the four of them were truly friendly and enthusiastic). I really wish there were direct flights from China to Krabi; it's definitely a place I'd love to visit again!

PPangdunyuLocated on a cliffside, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, which I personally found much better than hotels right on the main street. The facilities are excellent, especially the well-zoned swimming pool, slides, and activities. Breakfast was delicious; I didn't try dinner, but the menu looked great. The room was decent, though a bit expensive during Chinese New Year, so the value for money wasn't great. I booked a deluxe pool view room, which was comparable to a 'Hampton Inn' level. The staff were all very nice, and there's an app to schedule housekeeping. Room service options were plentiful. During Chinese New Year, there were special buffets and lion dances, and the staff were dressed in festive 'Chinese doll' attire, which was a nice touch. To the left, just outside the hotel, there's a row of small, delicious restaurants – much cheaper and tastier than those on the main road. I highly recommend Top S Kitchen. Turning left and following the cliff path leads to the beach in about ten minutes; it's a bit desolate but very quiet. Turning right onto the main road is very noisy. The massage place to the right isn't cheap, but crossing the street to 7-Eleven is convenient, and the massage place next to it is much more affordable. Not many Chinese tourists, mostly European. Highly recommended for families with kids.

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountains. Very quiet and with a very friendly staff. They have a pick-up that takes you to and from the beach for free, although you can take a walk through the market and the shops (30 minutes slowly). The cabins are spacious, cozy and very well acclimatized. I would repeat without hesitation.

GGuest UserI love this place, and I really want to return. I probably will because the people at the resort and helpful and kind. The room, however, was really dirty this time. The couch was covered with what looked like oil stains. We wouldn’t sit on it and requested new couch pillows because they were stained too. I thought they would clean the couch but that never happened. This is my second time here because I love how out of the way it is. The view is wonderful and the private pool is special. The shower was clean but the shower head and hand held shower wand needed some serious cleaning. I almost went to the hardware store myself to get replacements. It would not be much money to fix these things. We also only got some of our towels and I had to call down for more after the room was cleaned. Attention to detail for these kinds of things is really important. Again, I will likely come back, but I hope they can get provide a cleaner room next time.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed the available breakfast spread with local pandan flavors and the omelette station. The hotel is 10min walk from the pier with a private beach and chairs. It’s safe and quiet. I’d come here again!

SSakultala WongsawatAmazing hotel grounds and the room was also amazing. The staff were polite and I was happy with everything. We walked into the main street for food and dinner which was a short walk and we were happy to do so during our stay.
I also signed up to Muay Thai boxing and that was great. Definitely worked up a sweat. The hotel also offered a free trip to Railay beach which was really lovely to have.

Location: Very Good. Food, wellness centers, convenient store, shopping & Bars, tour agents are within reach less than 50m away from hotel. About 15mins walk to the beach & to the nearby night market. Easy to get Grab(ehailing) anytime of the day. Money changer just next to the hotel entrance.
Hotel: Staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. Bedding & linen was comfy, complete amenities, mine was with balcony. Breakfast is standard but enough to fill up your tummy to start the day.
Plus point :after a long day, the pool & poolside bar was the best to unwind & relax. Clean & sizable enough for a swim. Do check out their cocktails. It’s is so delicious. Personally, is the best by far in krabi, even better than high end hotel bars. Quality cocktails! Buy 1 Free 1 promo before 6pm.
Recommended! Had an amazing time in Krabi. Definitely will stay at GLOW if I’m back in Krabi.

Service was superb! The staff were always cheerful and friendly, reflecting excellent value for money. (I deducted one star because I wished there was staff available to assist with luggage to the room).

The facilities offer a good range of amenities. The swimming pool is large and nice. There's a gym, but unfortunately, it lacks air conditioning. A golf course is available, but it's located a bit further away from the property, requiring travel to play.

Throughout my 4-day stay, the breakfast menu remained the same. The taste was acceptable, though the variety was limited. However, the staff's service was excellent. Unfortunately, when an Indian tour group was present, food items ran out quickly, and the staff struggled to replenish them in time.

The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost .
She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.
We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay
