The hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.

During the Turkey trip, we stayed in 4 hotels and the Livia Garden Hotel was the best. Hotel is cozy and clean. Then environment comfortable and warm. The staff are kind and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for me, “Mekan”. It’s great! Good price, vibe and foods. Erdem told me that I forgot to pick up my camera after I left. Great thanks , Erdem! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Livia Garden Hotel 雖然開了5年，但所有物品都好新。酒店雖然不大，不過入到酒店和房間都好舒服，很溫暖。酒店的設計和裝飾都好靚。早餐在花園位置，對住泳池，風景一流！員工都好好人！老闆介紹了酒店附近的一間餐飯”MEKAN”好好食！想不到這個小鎮有間咁好食，而且裝修不錯的餐廳！

The holiday price is more serious. The hotel location is not very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. The 240 meters given on Trip.com is even more nonsense. According to this 240 meters, you can't reach the ancient city of Ephesus. You still need to take a long way to the station to take the minibus. I personally suggest that it is best to live directly in Izmir. In the morning, you can take the train or take the minibus to Ephesus in Izmir. In the evening, you can also take the minibus or train back. The minibus is very convenient to leave the water. Izmir has a standardized hotel like Marriott and Renaissance, which is much more comfortable than living here. In addition, the hotels in Selcuk are basically changed from their own houses. The religious color is relatively heavy. The living is a bit strange. The road is not very good. There are many uphill and downhill. There are many stone roads. It is particularly tired to walk. You can occasionally see a taxi on the road. It is very inconvenient for people with luggage.

Our group of five people stayed at the hotel by car. The hotel is simple, quiet and tidy, and the breakfast is very good. The next day we found that the tire pressure of the rented car was less than 160, and we found the store owner to ask for help. The boss did not say anything very enthusiastically to help us contact a car dealership, and personally took us to the car dealership. After checking, it was found that it was slow to spread gas. The boss took the initiative to contact the car rental agency and repaired it. Since the leak point is near the car keel, we are not assured to ask the car rental agency to change the car. Because the voice is not good, it is not easy to communicate. Thanks to the hotel owner on our behalf. The car rental agency is finally communicating repeatedly the next day. We changed the new car rental before we planned to travel, without delaying the trip. We are very grateful to the hotel owner for his warm service and patient and proactive help. The location is particularly good, very close to the main street, but not in the downtown area, so quiet and tasteful, on the slopes of the hills, not too long, no problem with luggage. The room was bigger than I expected, the bathroom was clean and bright, and it was the biggest bathroom in my price. It is convenient to wash clothes in the bath. It is very convenient to go to the bus station museum. Breakfast is better than a good hotel in Istanbul, with Turkish specialties. The tomatoes are especially fresh and delicious, and the cantaloupe is especially delicious. Opposite is the ancient city ruins. I can eat at the bird's ruins in the morning, I still like this hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to both the train and bus stations, and the Ephesus Archaeological Museum is also within easy reach. This is a family-run guesthouse with warm, artistic decor, and it's spotlessly clean and comfortable. The owner is incredibly hospitable and provides attentive service, patiently answering all our questions. We were left with a truly wonderful impression!

The room was clean and tidy, smelled fresh, and the boss was very nice. Since it was the off-season, not many people checked in. Our train arrived late. We left a message on the order form to inform the boss that we were not sure about arriving at a late time. When we arrived, we found that the boss was already waiting there. For a long time. We kept our luggage there, and agreed with the boss to pick it up at 3pm. When we arrived, the boss also waited there for a long time, gave us our luggage and left. Overall, highly recommended and the breakfast was delicious.

The location is amazing! You can walk to St. John's Church and the city walls, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the station. There are plenty of shops, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. There is also a supermarket just 200-300 meters away. The room didn't have a view, but it was spacious and there was a small terrace. There was a closet, a refrigerator, cups, an electric kettle, and a hair dryer. The room was full of space with four beds, so there was no table in the room, but we could use the table and chairs on the terrace. There is a corridor, so there is plenty of space to spread out your suitcase. There is a small shelf by the bed, and plenty of outlets. There is no dedicated parking lot, but you can park right in front of the building, so it's not a problem. It's a bit of a slope, but because it's on top of a slope, the view is great. This time, I was on a budget for a room without a view, but if I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay in a room with a better view. The room was clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it. Thank you.

Location close to the station and Dolmush terminal, beautiful view of the terrace, delicious breakfast, friendly. If I come back to Seljuk, I think I will choose the Bella Hotel again. I leave with so good memories.
