TwinriverWe stayed in Ayasoluk hotel for three nights. We are very happy that we chose this hotel as our base hotel for traveling around Selcuk. The location is perfect. It’s less than 10 minutes walk from train station, bus and taxi station. You can walk to St. John Basilica and Ephesus Museum . Also you can walk to bus station and take a mini bus to Ephesus Archaeological site for less than 10 minutes and TL30. A half day trip to the beautiful village of Sirince is highly recommended. You can take the morning bus from bus station in less than 20 minutes. You only pay TL 40 for one way.
The hotel is very nice decorated, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and the view from the terrace is pretty nice. Breakfast is typical Turkish cuisine and is very healthy. I would come back for my next visit in the region.

The hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.

doadreBeautiful environment, attentive service, and the boss is very handsome! The orange tree in the yard was bearing fruit, and the boss gave us a few oranges. All the people we met in the town, including the hotel, were so kind. When we first arrived, we got lost and couldn't find the hotel. Someone came up to us and asked us, and told us that we should go to Livia Garden Hotel. Special thanks to everyone!

We had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.

Very beautiful small yard, the boss and his wife are hospitable, the English is very good, there are questions and answers, take the initiative to provide a map of selkuk, will recommend a cost-effective delicious restaurant, and will remind you not to forget to visit experience museum in Ephesus. Room facilities are relatively simple, similar to domestic farmhouses. Breakfast is delicious, the boss will feed the cat during breakfast time, and the nearby cats will queue up from the gap in the flower bed to enter the yard to eat, too cute

The holiday price is more serious. The hotel location is not very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. The 240 meters given on Trip.com is even more nonsense. According to this 240 meters, you can't reach the ancient city of Ephesus. You still need to take a long way to the station to take the minibus. I personally suggest that it is best to live directly in Izmir. In the morning, you can take the train or take the minibus to Ephesus in Izmir. In the evening, you can also take the minibus or train back. The minibus is very convenient to leave the water. Izmir has a standardized hotel like Marriott and Renaissance, which is much more comfortable than living here. In addition, the hotels in Selcuk are basically changed from their own houses. The religious color is relatively heavy. The living is a bit strange. The road is not very good. There are many uphill and downhill. There are many stone roads. It is particularly tired to walk. You can occasionally see a taxi on the road. It is very inconvenient for people with luggage.

Our group of five people stayed at the hotel by car. The hotel is simple, quiet and tidy, and the breakfast is very good. The next day we found that the tire pressure of the rented car was less than 160, and we found the store owner to ask for help. The boss did not say anything very enthusiastically to help us contact a car dealership, and personally took us to the car dealership. After checking, it was found that it was slow to spread gas. The boss took the initiative to contact the car rental agency and repaired it. Since the leak point is near the car keel, we are not assured to ask the car rental agency to change the car. Because the voice is not good, it is not easy to communicate. Thanks to the hotel owner on our behalf. The car rental agency is finally communicating repeatedly the next day. We changed the new car rental before we planned to travel, without delaying the trip. We are very grateful to the hotel owner for his warm service and patient and proactive help. The friendliness of the boss gave us the same feeling as home, leaving an unforgettable impression. Thanks again to the hotel owner and service staff!

Guest UserThe location is particularly good, very close to the main street, but not in the downtown area, so quiet and tasteful, on the slopes of the hills, not too long, no problem with luggage. The room was bigger than I expected, the bathroom was clean and bright, and it was the biggest bathroom in my price. It is convenient to wash clothes in the bath. It is very convenient to go to the bus station museum. Breakfast is better than a good hotel in Istanbul, with Turkish specialties. The tomatoes are especially fresh and delicious, and the cantaloupe is especially delicious. Opposite is the ancient city ruins. I can eat at the bird's ruins in the morning, I still like this hotel.

It's right from Selchuk station, so you won't get lost, and the bus to Ephesus is nearby and the location is great.
There were many restaurants and supermarkets around.
There is no elevator, but the staff helped me carry it.
Do you have a family?
It was very kind.
3 The room was small because I stayed with people.
But the breakfast was also volume and very delicious.
It is a hotel that I want to stay if I have another chance.

นกเธอมันเริสที่สุดIt is a place to stay on a hill...at first I was shocked but we dragged ourselves until we got there (I recommend not having a big and heavy bag because you might roll down the hill lol). It is a simple place to stay without an elevator (so don't try to carry it yourself, girls). It is clean and located in front of the entrance to the ancient site. Walk up a bit more but believe me, if you are carrying your stuff here, if you walk here, don't try to stay somewhere else that is deeper than this. It is a hill, remember. There is free Wi-Fi, easy to connect to Wi-Fi, the reception is cute, welcoming, breakfast is provided on the rooftop, good view, beautiful, can take pictures. Note: The smell of the egret is a bit strong because they make their nests on high poles and trees, but it is not strong enough to affect anything. The cook will bring the food to serve, do not dare to enter the kitchen area, it is in their way (I did it and got scolded lol). Just sit still and if you want anything, call for plain water, orange juice, call the cook. There is only coffee that you can press yourself, girls. The food is Turkish breakfast style, like food for monks, including both savory and sweet dishes. The taste is delicious. There is only olives or something that we are not used to the taste. The service is impressive at every level. Before going back, you can leave your bags and go for a walk. It's easy. You can drag your bags down and walk slowly. It's 10000% easier than dragging your legs up. The outside of the accommodation is beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The inside is cool. The air conditioner is old but very cool.
