When I walked in to the room you can tell the bed had been layed/sat on, the key from the previous customer was still on the dresser. and the worst, I had to wait almost 5 minutes just to get the water warm enought to take a shower!

Holiday inn took money from my account. I didn’t even stay and was robbed over $800. Then claimed no show.

I had to change rooms twice...both rooms I was placed in were not cleaned prior to my arrival. The first room had food, debris, toothpicks on the floor and dirty socks by the bed. One of the beds looked like it was sat on. The second room was in disarray...cabinets were pulled out, furniture was in disarray and the bathroom was filthy. The front desk lady was very nice and finally found me a room that was clean.

Better stay this time. Would prefer a usb charging outlet because that’s all I use. Room was nice. Could be cleaner. I liked the coffee in the lobby.

Room was in need of a deep cleaning. Had a very lived-in scent. Hotel staff was cool about it. No USB charging ports. Not worth the money.
