"Ravioli ragu, tagliatelle porcini. Can I have tagliatelle ragu. Cook says no. Manager says no. We all get up and leave. Every year we can, this year not. Cook rules. Never again. Hotel’s loss. We live locally. There are plenty of places to eat here from Caprese Michelangelo (3 excellent) Anghiari (2 superb) Sansepolcro (countless) Citta Di Castello (best of all) why waste our money on a hotel that cannot accept a simple order?
