It’s an old building that has never been updated. There are no lights in the courtyard in the evening, so you have to use the flashlight from your phone. They keep the lights off in the hallways, so you have to blindly find the light switch on the wall. The restaurant has 3 things on the menu and those poorly cooked. The rooms have the old spotted wall to wall carpet, old furniture and too bad for you if you want to have the night lamp on and charge your phone at the same time because there is only 1 plug! The village doesn’t have other restaurants, so unless you are willing to drive for each meal at least 15min in hope to find a spot, you’ll be stuck with mediocre food and service. We had 2 rooms for 5 nights but left after no one answered my complaint and I was met by the receptionist with the typical french arrogance “it’s an old building”, as if I cared, at the price they asked/room

The lady at the reception finally was very nice and friendly after I booked via the website as in the morning a telephonic reservation was impossible as before 12am nobody answered the phone. Room was ok with direct access to the pool although in detail the hotel needs some renovation like e.g. the broken fences and the missing cover at the sink. From restaurant there is a very nice view on the Le Havre Port. A small menue was promising but there was some only one waitor and restaurant full an the menue list got smaller while waiting to be served. The starters were nice the Caesar salad not , as too cold and the popcorn coating like little stones , unfortunately nobody wanted a feedback, so we skipped breakfast next morning. Maybe we had a unlucky day.

This is a hotel that I would like visit again with my wife! Great setting, nice rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, nice terrace. I enjoyed dinner and breakfast buffet during my stay. The receptionist was friendly and very efficient.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE !
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel avec ma compagne. Nous avions payé sur ********** mais la réceptionniste nous a dis que nous devions payer sur place et que ********** ne faisait que bloquer la somme.
Le lundi suivant nous avions bien été débité par l'hotel et hotel.com.
Plutôt que de réparer son "erreur" l'hotel n'a jamais dénié répondre à nos emails (pas de trace écrite), nous avons téléphoné de nombreuses fois, à chaque fois la responsable devait nous rappeler prochainement (aucun appel), puis le paiement allait être passé, puis le paiement devait être reçu sur notre compte mais aucune trace sur notre compte.
Nous avons demandé preuve du virement et la encore, silence.
Outre l'arnaque, que l'on se passera de commenter, balader les gens pendant deux mois pour les faire abandonner à l'usure montre une belle maitrise de la technique.

Dishonest management, move on!
As soon as we arrived, we were made to pay for a brunch paid for by friends who invited us...and 18 days later I still have not been reimbursed.
4 calls from me and 2 calls from the manager later (assuring me that the transfer had been made), no refund.
The region is full of hotels and pretty guest houses, so forget this address where the management lies and steals without scruple.

Prenotata camera un paio di mesi fa, per fine aprile. Arrivò il giorno del check-in alle 19 e mi viene detto che c’è stato un errore e che non possono darmi una camera perché l’hotel è chiuso. Su MIA richiesta mi viene dato il nome di un hotel/ostello in cui, cito testualmente, “puoi andare a dire che ti mandiamo noi”. Non è stata nemmeno fatta una telefonata al posto mio, secondo loro io avrei dovuto girare da sola in posti che non conosco per andare a chiedere, senza prenotazioni, una camera in cui dormire. Sono stata un’ora al telefono con Booking che fortunatamente mi ha trovato una soluzione alternativa. Probabilmente avrei dovuto scegliere un hotel molto più costoso dato che le differenze di prezzo le rimborsa Hotel Le Romantica. Da un hotel a 3 stelle mi aspetto un po’ più di competenza e di disponibilità, dato che c’è stata una mancanza da parte loro e non è stato un errore mio.
