"This isn't my first time staying at a Radisson hotel, and while it does have a real strength—the 20th-floor pool with its excellent city views—the overall experience is unfortunately marred by a very poor level of service, which I consider unacceptable for a five-star hotel of this global chain. I'll start by saying that the receptionists were inattentive. Upon check-in, they held my passport in their hands, handed me documents to sign in someone else's name, and in the morning, I couldn't even reach them by phone. They simply ignored the guest's birthday note on the reservation. It's a small detail, but indicative of this level of service. At the reception desk at the pool on April 29, the girl was extremely cold. Instead of greeting me and explaining how everything worked, she simply handed me the documents to sign and told me where to go. But the strangest thing happened later, on April 30: security guards were running around looking out the window while I was trying to relax by the pool in my swimming trunks, even though logic dictates they shouldn't have been there at all, and it's completely out of place for them to be running around in front of guests in such an area. It felt like the staff were simply waiting for other guests. The breakfasts were also disappointing: the bacon was stale and fresh, the fish was dry, the cheese was stale, and the vegetables weren't fresh, especially the tomatoes—they looked frozen, and this was especially noticeable at the very beginning of breakfast. The dessert selection was meager, and fruit didn't arrive until half an hour after breakfast had started. Overall, I'm disappointed; this is clearly not the level of a five-star Radisson hotel, and the service is definitely not worth the money."

"1. Excellent reception. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and they'll help you with everything you need. The staff is very friendly. The service is excellent. 2. The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean. Despite the cold weather, the room was warm, but not hot or stuffy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the linens were comfortable. 3. The breakfasts were simply fantastic. It's very convenient; you can pre-order via QR code half an hour in advance, or you can just show up at the restaurant. The portions are generous and everything is delicious. You can also order in your room. 4. The location is excellent, but for the summer months, the embankment is nearby, and the city center is a 15-20-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel."

"When I am in Perm, I always stay at Eva Hotel for almost 5 years in a row. No hotel in the world will bring you a cup of coffee at 5 a.m. when you leave, and will be moved at 3 a.m. because of bad neighbors to another room, without offending anyone. I hope this review about the hotel will not attract those worst non-cultural neighbors)))) without false cheer - always everything is perfect: clean, convenient and interpretative, all next, attitude the most beautiful. "Very decent hotel... in a quiet place with its parking.. rooms are large.. comfortably very for 2 nights.. cleaned every day.. the cleanest clothes.. on our floor was a restaurant.. dishes and service at the height.. Very pleased breakfast / they were included in us/6 options for choice.. in the evening took the combi dinner at them. With soup .. salad .. a big second dish.. 650 rubles.. have been eaten twice recommended hotel.. lots of travel in cities.. good level.. satisfied with husband"
