I visited Delemont with a group of friends this weekend. We are a sport cars club and we often travel across Europe. I was with my 7 years daughter and our staying was just perfect. Mercure Delemont is a brand new hotel, warm and perfectly equipped for a very pleasant staying. Our bedroom had all amenities and we enjoyed our time in Delemont. Great morning breakfast and great courtesy of the reception crew. Then the extra mile came. My daughter forgot her ”dudu” (her night puppet) in our bedroom. We realized 300 km later and she was really sad. In less than 24 hours her little Rabbit came back home, traveling safely as a priority delivery with Swiss Post. Whoever has a little girl knows what this does mean. Mercure team did not even want to get paid for the delivery. Thank you Mercure for your perfect accommodation and for taking care about your little customers... and their precious night puppets too. A big clap for your sensitivity and courtesy. See you on our next trip to Jura.

The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the main street of Delemont Train Station, very convenient. For the Express Hotel, there should be some. A device has a free wifi password. There are a few suggestions for Chinese people to stay: the hotel's toiletries are only cups and shower gels, others are not available, remember to bring their own; you can ask the hotel to borrow a hot water at the front desk; it is not recommended to use the hotel's breakfast, 15 CHF alone but Bread milk coffee ham slices, at most some cereal fruit. If you want to eat these, it is better to eat in the cafe next to the hotel. 6 Ruifa has good coffee and two breads.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Mercure in Biel. Check in was fast. Room and Hotel was spotless clean. Aircondition worked great. Bathroom with showergel, shampoo, liquid soap. Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the fitness and sauna on the 6th floor. 24h Reception is great. Free coffee and water a great plus. Matrass was a bit hard, but we did not mind. Would choose is definitly again.

Great hotel location superb, 3 mins from Railway Station, 5 mins from Town centre. Hotel overlooks the river Aare with superb views of the Jura Mountains. Modern hotel with great rooms, my only (very small) suggestion for an improvement would be Aircon a bit cooler, but I just like very cold bedrooms, so possibly that's just me. Breakfast was great with a huge choice of freshly cooked food and cold platters, staff friendly and professional.

Situated on the outskirts of Delémont, a 15-minute walk from the centre and 400 metres from the Morépont bus stop, Youth Hostel Delémont features a large garden with a terrace and barbecue facilities and many other activity options. Free Wi-Fi is available on the entire property. There is a football pitch and table tennis facilities on site, as well as a games room with table football and children’s corner. An option of renting mountain bikes and E-bikes is offered. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast for free and packed lunches and dinner menus for a charge. A vegetarian menu is provided on request. All rooms are functionally furnished and come with shared bathroom and toilet facilities on the ground floor. Only some units feature access to a barrier-free shower. The Delémont Youth Hostel is a 1.5-hour train ride from Zürich, 30 minutes from Basle and 1 hour from Berne. The train station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Private parking is available on site for 10 CHF per day.

Ma davvero è un 4 stelle?!? Non c’è niente che te lo faccia pensare: struttura vecchia, porte delle stanze con serrature difettose, personale gentile ma poco professionale, alla reception c’è sempre un cartello con scritto “non sono in reception, chiama questo numero se ti serve qualcosa”, colazione poco abbondante e con poca varietà, ma soprattutto MAI visto un 4 stelle senza servizio di reception 24h!!! Sono arrivato la notte alle 00:30 e ho dovuto chiamare 8 volte un numero per trovare qualcuno che mi facesse entrare nell’hotel. Insomma non è un 4 stelle e l’unica cosa che lo separa da un 2 stelle è che ha il bagno in camera

The breakfast is plentiful, with more varieties, and there is a parking lot. The double bed room is a combination of two double beds. It can’t be lying in the middle. It has a hot pot, which is in line with Chinese habits. Some rooms also have a balcony. It is within walking distance of the lake next to it and 20 minutes’ walk from the Omega Museum. About 5 minutes walk from the railway station.

We stayed for a couple days over the easter holiday. We stayed in the Annex, not the main hotel. The annex is a bit farther away from the main public areas. The room was comfortable, and the window was facing the Munster. It was a fairly quiet room and very comfortable. The linens on the bed were comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful, both in the reception and the bar. Due to dinner arrangements, we did not take dinner nor breakfast at the hotel. We did however, go to the bar for a post-hike drink. There is a parking garage in the annex, but we parked our car at the Baseltor garage. The hotel is also about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is very conveniently located in Solothurn, and is our favourite now for our frequent short stays in the town. We will definitely stay in the hotel during our next stay.

This is a review of the Courtyard's restaurant Bluma - not the hotel. We were a group of 9 people who had lunch at the hotel's restaurant yesterday. The restaurant has a rather nice selection of smaller dishes (a tasting menu) from around the world (e.g. quesadillas, Bao buns, falafels, etc.). The idea is that you order 2-3 items and, if possible, share dishes at your table. In general, a nice concept and a nice looking restaurant. My issues with the restaurant: - COSTS: the costs are high, especially when going for lunch. The dishes cost from CHF 14.50 - 22.50 and a liter of water cost CHF 12. So, you are easily spending close to CHF 40 per person, assuming you only get 2 dishes. As some of the dishes were really very small, many of us needed 3 dishes. This is a very expensive restaurant, even for Switzerland. - SERVICE (1): the restaurant was empty except for our group (perhaps because of the cost issue above?). We all ordered fairly quickly, but the dishes came out staggered over the next 70 minutes. As I only ordered one dish, I sat there watching everyone else eat as mine (the Goan beef curry) came out last. Why would it take well over an hour to get all the food prepared? There was no one else in the place! And, one of the steak dishes was forgotten and had to be re-ordered, so we had a rather hungry teenage boy for awhile. - SERVICE (2): the wait staff did not understand even basic German, you had to speak French (preferable) or English with them. - SERVICE (3): we asked for separate bills by family which would have meant 5 separate receipts for our group. As the restaurant was completely empty, it should really not have been a problem. Yet, we still received one bill at the end and it was quite difficult to separate. Anyway, I hope the hotel F & B management is reading their reviews and does something to fix their cost and service issues. Again, the concept of a tasting menu is interesting and the reason we selected your restaurant. Consider offering a special lunch menu & price and please do look at the service issues.
