It was a great experience up until the last day. How do you charge someone $50 for juice spilled on bedding. Small “problem” not a big one. All it takes is hot water and cleaning solution! Great hustle to have for your paying customer that’s putting money into “your hotel”. We weren’t aware we had to leave.
We were told different things. Even after paying $50 we were told we could still stay. Then that changed to, “oh I’ll put you all on the do not rent list”. To “you can’t stay the bedding had to be washed several times”. Again you’re telling me juice didn’t come out on the bedding when you washed it.
So you cancelled someone reservation without them knowing. When we did find out it was nothing but bs. The room was clean and the trash was all in one area easy for the housekeeper. Like every room that we book. Nothing extra had to be done to be treated like that! Then to be rushed out the room because you had another booking which was our booking you lied about cancelling!!
