The hotel was clean and had AC, staff was friendly but wouldn't book taxis etc for you so for those with limited Italian or dont have phone data be prepared to navigate bookings and excursions on your own. Wifi was spotty in the rooms. We were there for a wedding down the road, there were no ironing facilities in the room (they made an exception but they really didn't want to let me use an iron). The pool was closed even though the bride confirmed that we could use it, anytime we asked they said no so we had to pay and go to the local pool (which was a great pool and jsut down the road). Also be aware that due to the location you will need to take taxis to Perugia city Centre (about 40 euro one way) or rent a car as the buses are extremely limited in the area the hotel is in (I think it was 3 times a day, one super early in the morning and two in the evening). Breakfast was OK. Overall, average hotel.

Molto economico e prenotato con largo anticipo,servizio di prima colazione poco efficiente,personale non al altezza di gestire il servizio,ma cibo di ottima qualità,letti singoli scomodi ma il matrimoniale comodo.Per chi non ha pretese ottima scelta

Hotel molto carino, pulito e tenuto bene. Camere grandi, pulite, letto comodo, posizione comoda e tranquilla! Doccia grande e bollente con uno splendido getto fortissimo! Colazione buona e abbondante, quella senza glutine invece un po' "tirata via" e pochino!

La struttura è bella ed un po’ isolata, va bene se si viene in macchina. Colazione solo alla carta in quanto c’è per ora poca gente. Sala colazione un po’ fredda. Comunque abbiamo dormito bene, posto tranquillo ed il personale di servizio è gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei magari in primavera estate .

Prenotata ingannata dall'applicazione di Trivago che posizionava la struttura in centro Perugia, mio errore per non aver ricontrollato su *******. La struttura è in una zona industriale con nulla attorno. Pulita ma per un hotel 4 stelle estremamente spartana. Il bagno enorme ma con evidenti ritorni di odore dalle tubature. La colazione era abbondante ma bisogna essere di bocca buona. Il caffè terrificante. Il personale praticamente inesistente. Non mi è chiaro perché a fronte di un pagamento di 216 euro mi sono ritrovata con una fattura di 190 euro. Onestamente non lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Struttura al di sotto degli standard pubblicizzati. Camera con arredo datato e letto scomodossimo. Camere scarsamente insonorizzate. Clima sconforteve. Colazione insufficiente con caffè alla macchinetta automatica. All’arrrivo la camera era calda senza essere stata preventivamente acclimatata.

Diverse recensioni positive, alcune negative.... Ho prenotato ugualmente ispirato dalle varie foto pubblicate. Esternamente bellissimo... Peccato che quando entri vivi in una realtà opposta: proprietario cafone e maleducato, alcuni componenti del personale in linea col titolare, colazione e cena decente, bagni senza detergenti. Recensione da 2 stelle. Mi è dispiaciuto, però, vedere il proprietario rivolgersi ad alcuni ospiti con toni alti e poco cordiali. In un'altra occasione, una scolaresca che ha soggiornato la settimana in cui ero presente, il trattamento riservato è stato pessimo: ho visto personalmente servire i pasti, in maniera poco professionale e in porzioni risicate, in piatti e bicchieri di plastica. Recensione sulle scene poco simpatiche a cui ho assistito: 0 stelle.

Le camere erano sporche e piene di polvere, il personale era scarso e non qualificato, il proprietario mi ha urlato contro solo perché mi sono cadute le chiavi in corridoio. In più sempre lo stesso proprietario la notte ascolta musica a volume alto, ho chiesto di cambiare camera e mi hanno mandato via in modo disumano. La cena e la colazione che erano gli unici pasti che facevo li erano surgelati e freddi. Mai più in questo hotel.
