與其說是度假村，倒比較像汽車旅館，位置佳，房間也很舒適，浴廁還裝有浴缸，及窗外種有幾顆植栽。游泳池小，應稱之為戲水池，且池子很髒。

รอบที่2ที่ไปพักรอบนี้ไม่ประทับใจไปถึงโรงแรมบ่ายโมงแต่น้องผู้หญิงแจ้งว่าเช็คอินบ่าย 2 แต่ถ้าจะเช็คอินก่อนต้องจ่ายเงิน 100-200
นี่แหละจำตัวเลขได้ไม่แม่นก็เลยงงมีแบบนี้ด้วยหรอเพราะครั้งนี้เป็นรอบสองที่มาพักรอบแรกไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้พอตอนเช้าเช็คเอ้าท์เลยถามพนักงานเพราะข้องใจพนักงานบอกว่าไม่มีและได้ขอโทษมาพนักงานแจ้งว่าถ้ากรณีที่พักเต็มจะให้รอแต่ถ้ามีห้องว่างก็จะให้ลูกค้าเข้าพักเลย
ซึ่งวันที่เกิดเหตุมีห้องว่างอยู่ ปกติเดินทางบ่อยและจะแวะพิษณุโลกตลอดแต่เลือกที่นี่เพราะที่จอดรถส่วนตัวอยู่ข้างห้องกลางคืนไม่ต้องระแวงเรื่องรถ ต่อไปคงจะไม่พักแล้วเพราะเสียความรู้สึก
