Red Roof Inn Phoenix North - I-17 at Bell Rd

Hotel room is decent and clean. A little bit outdated but ok in general. They charged a deposit of 50 dollars, which was returned about a week later.

Good hotel for a short stay in a fabulous location, though the rooms are a tad dated and pricey parking.

It’s very odd that every and all guests MUST check in with the front desk and provide a drivers license or the guest will be asked to leave immediately!

I was a great stay!

The interior of this hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. Carpets need replaced, the bathroom floor laminate tiles were curled up, i almost tripped in the bathroom. The bed wasn't bad, but the pillows were junk. The rooms could have used a bit more cleaning (coffee splattered on wall by coffee maker). The front office staff were all friendly and checking in and checking out was pretty easy. The location was good. They allowed 1 small pet ( BONUS, the reason we booked here)The price wasn't bad, but I'll shop around a bit more before booking here again.

Room was OK. Was using just to sleep but not very comfortable. Bathroom was a "wet room style" and was not super clean.

I was apprehensive based on some of the reviews, but willing to give it a try. It was fine. The staff was polite, the place was clean, and seemed safe. Overall, it worked out for us.
