Great place to stay, pool was really nice, room was huge and spotless, Staff were very welcoming and friendly if you are looking for access to beaches go elsewhere. Outstanding value for money. Lots of street food near by and the hotel restaurant was very good, its also a 3 minute stroll from a huge Big C supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit on the hard side but as I was using the hotel to get over jet lag for a couple of nights it was not really an issue, so nothing bad to say

Great value. 2kms away from central festival and only 15 mins away by car to Rassada Pier. Smoking was allowed on the balcony. It needs a little refurbishment, the toilet seat and the water heater were a bit outdated but still usable. There is also a rooftop pool. The fridge is big but there is no coffee tea amenities. Hot water and coffee cups are provided next to the lobby and just outside is local food that sells salapao for breakfast.

There very good Location small hotel near old town in PHUKET . It is very clean tidy and good price for stay and sleeping.

Don’t hesitate. Good people. Great welcoming. Perfect if you want to be close to phuket town but not the middle of it. Everything one may need for is around also.

Overall we were satisfied our stay in B2 even there is no sound prove which I can clearly heard people talking next room. Well you pay what you get. PS. The lady in check in counter was very polite and efficient. Thanks!

The hotel me and my girlfriend stayed at was located very near a 711, largest mall in phuket and a few night markets. It is about a 40 mins away from the airport and about 30 mins away from the beaches. We didnt interact much with the staff but when we arrived, they were very friendly helping us check in. They served us a very tasty drink. During breakfast, they would clear away our finished dishes very quickly. The room we got was the standard room on the first floor with a king size bed. It was nice and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The television did not offer much variety, they were dubbed in thai and only had thai subtitles. The toilet was pretty normal. They did not have much toiletries compared to other hotels ive stayed at but i did not need them so its okay 😄 I had a really time staying at this hotel, would come back and recommend to others.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nam Naka Boutique Hotel, and while the experience had its moments of charm, there were notable areas that left room for improvement. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive initial impression. However, one aspect that stood out was the somewhat lacking amenities. While the hotel exuded a quaint charm, it fell short in terms of modern conveniences. The absence of certain amenities that are considered standard in many hotels left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection. Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. It's essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize cleanliness to ensure guests feel at ease during their visit.

Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. Good location. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean and voluminous. A large refrigerator, a large balcony. WIFI works well. The car can be parked in the basement. laundry facilities are available in the same building. A great hotel for the tourist, who account the budget!
