We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was beautiful and we received a wonderful welcome to our room. We were allocated a butler who on day one was very attentive. The service on the second day from the butler was a little lacking. However they had a corporate conference going on which took away staff. We visited the spa which was amazing, the deep tissue massage was fantastic. The food in the everything restaurant is average and the services is ridiculously slow. We had to complain about the service on both days. The first day we asked about our food three times, it finally turned up after 45 minutes overcooked and dried up. The food at the seafood restaurant is beautiful although the day we visited they had sold out of most of the seafood by 8pm. But again the service was shocking we waited 30 minutes to receive our drinks and the wine was not chilled when it arrived. The restaurant staff are pleasant enough but seem to lack motivation to work. Big shout out to the reception staff, the golf cart drivers and spa staff who are great. They all received tips unfortunately the restaurant guys did not because the service really is very poor.

A wonderful resort located on Coconut island, the great experience since the arrival til the in villa check in service. We booked villa, which is amazing, well maintained with private pool. The Mattress is firm and comfortable, you have so many different places to chill in your own villa. The club car is stand by to drive us anywhere we want in resort, water is clean. Breakfast is tasty with variety, Khun Nop and Khun Peking is very welcoming and helpful you can feel their passion to interact with customers, which I really like it. Everything here is amazing. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it - the hotel does not deserve 5*. The location of the hotel - away from the hustle and bustle. The form of serving food, i.e. dinner, is a disaster. You order from the menu at the bar, you wait almost 2 hours for your meal and you still don't get what you ordered. Then you get a receipt showing that they charge you an amount for some meals. Even when you are on all inclusive. They fly around with receipts and ask for your room number and then your signature. Remember, getting off the island for free is almost impossible. The hotel does not provide enough accommodation for its clients. Free boats for up to 10 people are available at designated times in the morning and evening, every 1 hour, but remember to register in advance at the reception to use them - there are usually no places available and you have to pay for a private boat. Private boat available all the time, departure from the hotel 500 baht, return 700 baht in the evening. The hotel day ends at 12 noon, all guests were checked out at 10:30. But you must remember that on the day of departure, all-inclusive is no longer valid. The staff explains that all-inclusive is available only until 10:30. Alcohol and snacks are served from 11:30, so not for people who choose the all-inclusive version. At the hotel you can only pay in cash in batah or by card, they do not accept US dollars. The guys at the pool bar are doing their best - bravo.
