A lovely resort and an amazing time. My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights as part of a fantastic Luxury Escapes package deal. We were quite fortunate with the scheduling, as it appeared to be the last nice week of weather before the wet season began. So the resort was very quiet, but this added to our enjoyment. The resort is located across the street from Karon Beach among the most stunning tropical botanical gardens. It is also a 15-minute taxi ride to Patong Beach and a 10-minute taxi ride to Kata Beach. Our room had been recently renovated and offered a stunning view of the pool, gardens, and the beach. Both restaurants provided good food and the pool was a wonderful place for a cocktail or just relaxing. The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is sitting on an pretty sizeable campus, but the curved design helps to manage walking distance between different facilities. There a few swimming pools on site, as well as restaurants if you like to stay on the property. You can easily take a Tutu or taxi from the beach entrance. There used to be a TOPS convenience store according to Google map but it is gone now. Hotel is old with facility in the home. Phone is like still in the 90s. Bathroom was done probably 10 years ago. Their toothpaste comes with a tiny drop it bearly covers one time usage. Overall if you like big hotels this is it. But room is getting old. Will I go back again? Probably not.

The hotel is in a good location about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main centre of Karon and the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants closer to the hotel though. Room was spacious and kept very clean each day. Pool/beach towels were provided and changed regularly. The direct pool access was lovely. Could sunbathe on the patio. And just plop into the pool anytime , day or night. In the section we stayed in the pool lights weren't working for the duration of our stay ( 6 nights ) so even though it was possible to swim at night the pool was not lit up . There were quite a few mosquitoes, but that's not the hotels fault and they did provide spray/repellent. The bathroom was a little tired looking but was very clean and the shower was hot and powerful. We did not enjoy breakfast, although there was lots of choice it wasn't really to our taste. I think it could be improved by using better quality produce . There was the option to have freshly cooked omelette but only one person cooking so most times quite a queue. Also a couple of times when we went for breakfast there were no tables free to sit at . There is a free shuttle into Karon twice a day 10am and 2 pm and taxi is available either through the hotel, on the street or using grab app. The staff were all lovely and very helpful Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Great hotel for family. My kids enjoyed the pool and it’s slides. Their petting zoo is amazing. The room design looked dated but still very comfortable. The garden within the hotel is huge and beautiful, the management did a great job balancing the lush greenery with amenities. Karon beach is just crossing a road. This is best beach in Phuket, with white powdery sand and Amazing sunset. I would choose this hotel again when I back in Phuket.

I would like to start by saying that I am very impressed not only by the staff, but also by the premises, the environment and simply the whole holiday was perfect. The hotel is very clean, very well arranged and you have a good feeling of being included. Even after 16 days I don't regret having chosen this hotel for a single day and on the next trip I would choose this hotel again. Figured that out late in the night and I was staying for just one night so I didn’t bother changing the room.

We had read reviews and researched before booking here for 10 nights following 5 nights in Patong. My overall thoughts are this hotel is fine 3-4 nights. But not suitable for any longer. We stayed in the new building, which I would recommend. Room was clean and pleasant with pool access. Although we paid a premium for this it’s not exclusive don’t be surprised if you open your curtains in the morning and find total stranger Enjoying your pool access. Also remember to lay you towel on the sun bed nice and early as if you don’t you may have no where to sit! My biggest gripe about this hotel is the rudeness of the the waiting staff. I tried every morning at breakfast to raise a smile from them.... I was unsuccessful. To be honest I felt like an inconvenience. It’s such a shame as this in the only hotel in Thailand I have ever come across such rudeness.

Had a great stay at the hotel, spacious rooms and lovely swimming pools and pool bars. We would’ve loved to see more pictures f a variety during breakfast time, too many of the same dishes especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Better shuttle service to the beach would’ve been great too, there are only 4 opportunities each day to take the shuttle bus to the beach nearby and back to the hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bang Tao and they had a shuttle service going to the market and beach at all times, this made it just nicer to plan your day and a wonderful extra service from the Hilton. Rooms have very little privacy, although the views are incredible, you have to keep your blinds closed at all times otherwise the room opposite you can look directly into your bedroom which just spoiled having these great windows and views. Overall good stay and was quite relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed for 3 nights and in the sea view room it was lovely and big very clean with everything you need in there was on a busy road but there was no noise really after 11pm trees over the road on beach so not really direct view of sea but a lovely view anyway

Karon Beach
The location is great as it’s closer to the north end of Karon beach. There are shops and bus stop nearby. (The southern end of the beach also have plenty of shops.) The hotel is rather old but clean. Staff were all friendly. The room is spacious! However, the A/C in the room I’m staying in wasn’t very cold. Figured that out late in the night and I was staying for just one night so I didn’t bother changing the room.
