Pullman Properties in Phuket

To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I specifically booked a deluxe sea-view room, and they initially gave me a room on the third floor. As soon as I opened the door, I knew something was off. Picture 1 shows what they called a 'sea-view room,' but there was a huge tree right in the middle, blocking the view. I thought, 'Why am I paying a premium price to look at a tree for four nights?' This is clearly a garden-view room. I immediately called the front desk. At first, they didn't want to change my room that day and told me to wait until the next. I explained I was staying for four nights, and after some hesitation, the front desk said they'd move me to the fifth floor. However, Picture 2 shows the room I eventually stayed in. It wasn't directly facing the sea like in the promotional photos; it was quite slanted, and I had to really strain to catch a glimpse of the ocean. It was quite disappointing. The service and everything else were actually good, but paying that price specifically for a sea-view room to get this was just not worth it.

A Wonderful Stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa 🌴🌊 I recently had the chance to stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly impressive in every way. If you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to K. Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze. The life service team also helped me enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while every staff member I met was professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The room met the high Pullman standard — spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and fresh every day. I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. The view here is incredible. Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding. During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze. For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby. The hotel offers many activities: shuttle buses to Phuket Town on two routes, outdoor beach activities, and even a movie night for kids. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was excellent too — a wide selection, tasty dishes, and great value. Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and recharging stays I’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with friends, Pullman Phuket Panwa is a perfect choice. 💙 Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach from March 12–15. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located on a peaceful hill overlooking Naithon Beach, giving stunning ocean views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that made it easy to enjoy the view. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including both international and Thai options, and everything was fresh and well presented. The infinity pools overlooking the ocean were a highlight of the stay and perfect for relaxing. The hotel is also close to Naithon Beach, which is quieter and less crowded than many beaches in Phuket, making it ideal if you want a more peaceful experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Pullman Phuket Arcadia to anyone visiting Phuket. I would happily stay here again.
