Guest UserHidden gem, highly recommend! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel for a relaxing getaway. It's even better than the 1-2k baht hotels I've stayed at before on Patong Beach!
The hotel offers paid services like a restaurant, sauna, and ice bath, all with excellent service and quality. The facilities and environment are also fantastic, and the rooms are clean, hygienic, and comfortable. Just book it, you won't regret it!

Яна1987The hotel, or rather, the standalone villas, are simply delightful! All the photos accurately represent the reality. We were greeted by the very pleasant and friendly Nina, who checked us in and took a 2000 baht deposit. The grounds are lush, well-maintained, and clean, with many interesting little details.
The pool is clean, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. Nearby, there's a covered gazebo with coffee, tea, and hot water readily available. The sun lounger area is very well-kept, offering comfortable beanbag chairs and regular sunbeds with umbrellas. In the evenings, the area transforms into something magical, with all the lights and fairy lights everywhere.
Our house had two bedrooms on opposite sides with their own bathrooms, and a large kitchen-living room fully equipped for cooking. All the appliances were in good working order, though we did miss having a full-length mirror. The cleaning service was excellent; we stayed for 11 nights and had our villa cleaned twice. We declined one service, and they offered another the day before we left, meaning they would have cleaned it four times during our stay.
As the hotel is a bit secluded, a tuk-tuk runs once an hour. We took taxis to the center without any issues and also rented a scooter from them for 350 baht per day plus a 2000 baht deposit. Car rentals are also available.
Within walking distance, there's a waterfall located in a forested area – it's very atmospheric and beautiful. In the evenings, we could walk to a cafe and back, which took about 25 minutes one way. Ao Yon beach is excellent; we visited in June and there were absolutely no waves, so swimming was very relaxing.
Thank you so much for your hospitality; it was a very comfortable stay, perfect for a peaceful family vacation.

Guest UserThe lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and even spoke Mandarin, which was a pleasant surprise. She was very polite.
She found out it was my birthday and even went out to buy me a cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also very clean. I highly recommend this place! 😊
It's also conveniently located near the night market, which was a huge plus.

Guest UserReally liked the location of this hotel, and how quiet it was yet accessible to both Kata and Karon beaches. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and it was really nice to be able to borrow umbrellas and beach towels. The complimentary breakfast/ snacks were also much appreciated. The one thing to be aware of is that the shower is an open space within the toilet, so after showering the water will get the floor pretty wet.

Anonymous UserJust stayed from June 25-30, 2069, with my family. We booked 3 rooms and requested them to be close together, which the hotel arranged for us. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was cold. The TV had many channels. All staff members provided excellent service, spoke kindly, and gave very helpful recommendations. The hotel is close to Prince of Songkla University, Phuket campus, and near shopping areas, making it easy to get to Central Phuket. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and many diverse restaurants to choose from close to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone on the trip was very impressed.

My partner and I booked this hotel purely just to sleep in for 1 night before getting a bus from terminal 2. We arrived to Phuket late and therefore didn’t arrive to hotel until after 9pm for check in. It was right beside the bus station so was definitely handy in the morning. The room and bathroom were clean however I did find an old and quite large blood stain on the opposite side of the bottom sheet. I know the bedding was clean and this was just an old stain but it was quite large and I’d imagine a housekeeper saw this when changing the bed. I was too tired to ask to change it and I slept on top of the duvet but considering how clean the rest of the room was, I was fairly surprised by this!
Despite this, the rest of the stay was good and check in process very professional.

Guest UserNew apartments. Everything is clean. My windows overlook the golf course, and it was quiet, but at 6 a.m. they start mowing the grass on the golf course, it is noisy. If your windows don't face the golf course, there's noise from the construction site, the pool, and the windows across. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, but there are mosquitoes! The external air conditioner units are on the balcony. The TV is crookedly positioned, and the shower door is inconvenient. But this is common among Thai developers. The water isn't hot, just a little warm. I had plates, spoons, and forks, but no saucepan. So someone before me was cooking something in a kettle. You need to buy a saucepan. The sea is 3 km away. The shops are 1.5 km away. This area isn't Thailand, it's the Russian plastic world. In 20 years in Thailand, I've never seen so many Russian girls with big lips and small dogs))). I come here for a week every year for a change of scenery. I come when I start missing Russian food. There are always traffic jams here; they even happened during the pandemic!!! Deposit -3000!!!!

Clean but furniture is old. No smells, no insects either. Location is good, 10 minutes to Patong Beach on foot. On the street noise, but the room was not heard. The air conditioner works well.
There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, its owner is Italian. There is 7/11 and a food shop nearby
