Guest UserHidden gem, highly recommend! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel for a relaxing getaway. It's even better than the 1-2k baht hotels I've stayed at before on Patong Beach!
The hotel offers paid services like a restaurant, sauna, and ice bath, all with excellent service and quality. The facilities and environment are also fantastic, and the rooms are clean, hygienic, and comfortable. Just book it, you won't regret it!

Guest UserThe lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and even spoke Mandarin, which was a pleasant surprise. She was very polite.
She found out it was my birthday and even went out to buy me a cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also very clean. I highly recommend this place! 😊
It's also conveniently located near the night market, which was a huge plus.

Roman nskExcellent location. We stayed for two unplanned nights because our relatives live in this area. The hotel offers great value for money. There's no breakfast, but various cafes are nearby. Kata Night Market is a 7-minute walk away, and the beach is 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!

ГарачеваННWe stayed in a detached bungalow by the pond. It has a large living room combined with a kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is accessed from the veranda. The veranda is spacious, with a sofa, armchairs, and tables. There's also a clothes drying rack there, which wasn't very convenient. It would be good to replace it with a standard one. One bedroom has a desk and a chair for working. Since we needed another workspace, they provided one for us completely free of charge upon request. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and refrigerator. We stayed there for a month and cooked all our meals, never needing to buy anything extra for the kitchen. When the toaster broke during our stay, it was immediately replaced. In general, they respond quickly to any request and try their best to help. A huge thank you to Nina! When my husband's computer mouse broke, they also helped us out by lending us one until we bought a new one.
The pond by the bungalow has fish, lots of frogs, and we even saw monitor lizards. The frogs are incredibly loud at night; if you're on the veranda, you have to raise your voice to talk. Keep this in mind – if you like to sleep in silence, bring earplugs! (We got used to them, and it was fine). There's a clean, good-sized swimming pool on the property with a comfortable depth for adults. The property itself isn't huge, but it's very cozy, with benches, swings, and tables. Everything is very charming. There's also a cafe where you can order food and drinks. The selection is small but adequate. The prices are very reasonable, even cheaper than the cafes on the beach. It's about a 15-minute slow walk to the sea, passing by some local houses and a mangrove forest along the way. If you don't feel like walking, you can take a tuk-tuk. It's free once a day (they take you to the beach and pick you up at a pre-arranged time); if you want to use it again, it costs 100 baht.

GarrikAmazing stay at a brand-new hostel!
Everything was perfect! The hostel is brand new with friendly staff. The beds are cozy with big soft blankets, and the new towels are amazing. There are two A/Cs per room, keeping the temperature very comfortable. I also loved the convenient lockers for luggage and shoes.
Great location with many cafes and massage shops nearby. Deposit 500 bat upon arrival. There’s a nice chill-out area with a stunning view of the Big Buddha. They also have a modern laundry, a small cafe, and motobike rentals on-site.
The only minor thing is the lack of a water heater, but in the heat, the cool water was actually very refreshing. Highly recommended!

Natalie KaThe apartment was freshly renovated. The bedrooms are upstairs, and the soundproofing is good. One of the bedrooms has no windows, which is perfect for those who love complete silence and darkness. If needed, you could also accommodate someone on the ground floor. We were disappointed that the stove we were expecting wasn't working. It's in the hotel's photos, but there's a sign on it saying it can't be used as the apartment is for sale, and it's just there for demonstration. Dining utensils are provided. Cleaning is every two days with towel changes, and water is replenished.
The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from Bang Tao Beach, or about 45 minutes on foot. We specifically wanted to walk a lot each day, so we often walked. About a third of the walk is along the roadside, which is dusty and narrow. The rest of the walk to the beach is through the pleasant Laguna area. Bang Tao Beach is excellent, one of the best in Phuket. It wouldn't be convenient to walk the entire way with small children. The hotel offers a one-way transfer to Boat Avenue or Bang Tao Beach from 9 AM to 3 PM. It might be possible to arrange for them to pick you up from the beach if you arrive precisely at their scheduled pickup time. Taxis cost 200-240 baht one way, but you can order motorbikes, which are cheaper for 1-2 people.
A downside is the construction next to the hotel, which you can see in the attached photos. It definitely detracts from the overall impression. However, it bothered us very little as our windows faced entirely the other side, towards the golf course. The view from the room was beautiful. The pool is small, but it was still pleasant to use sometimes.
There are no shops right next to the hotel, so you need to buy groceries in advance. The nearest shop is a 10-15 minute walk along the roadside (or a few minutes by car). It mainly sells Russian food (ready meals, prepared dishes, groceries, drinks – a small but good selection). Nearby, there's an area with a playground, kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, and beauty salons, but we preferred those further away, in the Villa Market and Boat Avenue area. The nearest supermarkets are Villa Market, Tops, and 7-Eleven. Among the restaurants nearby, I recommend Tawai – it offers more refined Thai cuisine with restaurant-style presentation and a mid-range price. A much cheaper option nearby for locals is La Ong Dao Restaurant – it’s simpler, much more affordable, like a canteen, but tasty and safe. In the same area, there are, in my opinion, two of the best Night Markets: on Fridays near Villa Market and on Saturdays near Saii hotel. At the night markets, you can eat delicious food and buy fruits and souvenirs. You can also stroll in the park with lakes and monitor lizards – entry is through Opened Kitchen. Overall, the Bang Tao area is quiet, considered more expensive than others, but it depends on where you stay and eat. You can easily find everything there, even on a moderate budget. On the beach itself, we liked Smigo and Yuuhi beach clubs the most. Enjoy your stay!

My partner and I booked this hotel purely just to sleep in for 1 night before getting a bus from terminal 2. We arrived to Phuket late and therefore didn’t arrive to hotel until after 9pm for check in. It was right beside the bus station so was definitely handy in the morning. The room and bathroom were clean however I did find an old and quite large blood stain on the opposite side of the bottom sheet. I know the bedding was clean and this was just an old stain but it was quite large and I’d imagine a housekeeper saw this when changing the bed. I was too tired to ask to change it and I slept on top of the duvet but considering how clean the rest of the room was, I was fairly surprised by this!
Despite this, the rest of the stay was good and check in process very professional.

Clean but furniture is old. No smells, no insects either. Location is good, 10 minutes to Patong Beach on foot. On the street noise, but the room was not heard. The air conditioner works well.
There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, its owner is Italian. There is 7/11 and a food shop nearby
