"What a hidden gem of a guesthouse! The location is absolutely top-notch. Right across the street, you'll find a fruit stand, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven, and there's a scooter rental shop right next door. It's just a 3-minute walk to the beach, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food and drinks. The guesthouse, both inside and out, is always clean, fresh, and smells wonderful. The room amenities are complete, and they even provide disposable toiletries. The front desk staff are local Thais. For communication, you can directly message the owner on WeChat, and they'll help relay and resolve any issues. The owner is also very helpful with questions not related to our stay, which we really appreciate. Umbrellas and beach mats are available for free loan – what a thoughtful touch! The room card isn't one of those that cuts power when removed, so the fridge stays cold, which is fantastic! The room also comes with a safe. The only downside is that being on a street, you might hear motorbikes revving. They do provide earplugs, but we slept soundly and didn't even need them. There were also towel elephants that the kids loved. Even after coming to Chiang Mai, they're still talking about the guesthouse in Phuket! The Thai lady at the front desk was also great with the kids; she'd proactively chat with them and was very gentle. I wish the owner great success and prosperity.
