The street view room is still a bit noisy facing the road, but I think it is bright, the opposite is 711, and there is a restaurant Baan bang 100 meters on the left. Although the environment is not very good outside, the small room is really comfortable, and the experience of living away from the scenery is much better than that of the net red sunset and the infinity pool with sea view. Come in at first sight very clean feeling, outside the balcony drying rack touched are dust-free, free food in the refrigerator, slippers flip-flops beach blankets are provided, the house design is very heart, the boss is very very nice, very Detailed introduction to the room furnishings and the hotel's surroundings. Hotel location is very good, away from Banzan Seafood Market, Jiangxi Cold, Taishang, Patong Beach are relatively close, originally planned to stay the next day to go out to sea, do not go, just burned a seafood meal here.

Very satisfactory accommodation, the room is large, the air conditioning is cool and equipped with a large ceiling fan. It is located on the roadside. There is a restaurant on the first floor. The chef is good at foreign and Thai food. It is very delicious. You must try it. You can also get a discount. Opposite is 711. There is a fruit stand every morning. You can eat five kinds of fruits at 100 plants. There is a Thai snack in the evening. Many people line up. It is very convenient to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are several Thai waitresses who are always smiling and enthusiastic when they see people. The British boss is friendly and handsome. You can ask him for help with any questions. There was no one at the check-in counter when we arrived, but we called the number stated using their phone line and the stuff was quick to come and receive us. The room was clean and quite decent sized. There was not much noise from the airplanes but you might hear some noise from other guests moving in and out of the place. Stuff was friendly and location was great. There is also a 7-11 nearby. We walked to the international airport in the morning and it was easy to do so.

Open the windows and the air will circulate well. Air conditioning and TV are also provided in the infrastructure, which saves a lot of trouble. They were very welcoming and provided a large mattress as an extra bed (even though we didn't specify this when booking). Our 2-year-old child got sick with diarrhea and vomiting, and he threw up on the bed. They changed everything without a fuss (they also didn't ask for laundry fees). The bungalows are shaded, so there's no road noise, so it's a nice location. The 20-minute walk to the beach didn't bother us—we could shake off the clutter in the cafes. The beach in Nai Yang is fantastic, with lots of trees and shade, perfect for a family holiday.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Pa Khlok. We have experienced excellent service and a comfortable room. Very clean and spacious. There’s a wonderful view from our room and we are often greeting by roosters in the morning. The owner of this hotel also works at the restaurant just next door. Delicious food at great prices and so conviennent. We enjoyed our stay very much and even extended it. I would recommend this to traveler who want to get out of the hustle and bustle of city but still enjoy all the popular charms of Phuket.

Great stay! Very surprised at how good the place was for the price. Huge room, great standard, nice bed and AC, the fridge was very helpful and kettle. Bathroom was good and the shower was powerful. We had a balcony view, not much to see but it was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Water on arrival and it was easy to rent a scooter from the place. Less than 20 minutes walk to the beach which was great for us. Big C supermarket was 5 minutes up the road, 7-eleven was closer still. Great room, great staff, great location, spotless.

A good guesthouse for the price. This isn't my first time staying here. Everything is perfect. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful with any check-in issues. We were checked in earlier than the scheduled 2:00 PM.

The area is spacious and clean, but access to various points is difficult at times. Finding the accommodation was a bit challenging due to the dark alleyway. Contacting the owner directly (a Chinese person) is helpful. The rooms are not soundproofed from the outside, but the location is good with restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby (you can verify this). (Recommended if you're not too picky.)
