Of the inconveniences - the room is on the 5th floor with steep stairs, not everyone can climb. The noise from the road can disturb people with light sleep. We were satisfied with everything. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

There was no one at the check-in counter when we arrived, but we called the number stated using their phone line and the stuff was quick to come and receive us. The room was clean and quite decent sized. There was not much noise from the airplanes but you might hear some noise from other guests moving in and out of the place. Stuff was friendly and location was great. There is also a 7-11 nearby. We walked to the international airport in the morning and it was easy to do so.

Great stay! Very surprised at how good the place was for the price. Huge room, great standard, nice bed and AC, the fridge was very helpful and kettle. Bathroom was good and the shower was powerful. We had a balcony view, not much to see but it was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Water on arrival and it was easy to rent a scooter from the place. Less than 20 minutes walk to the beach which was great for us. Big C supermarket was 5 minutes up the road, 7-eleven was closer still. Great room, great staff, great location, spotless.

Contacting the owner directly (a Chinese person) is helpful. The rooms are not soundproofed from the outside, but the location is good with restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby (you can verify this). (Recommended if you're not too picky.)
