This hotel is next to a small river, there are many ducks, and the scenery is good. It's just that the hotel towels and sheets are old

A beautiful and very clean room. The beds were amazing with great pillows. We spent alot of time on the balcony watching the ducks and listening to the river. We used the fireplace and had a really peaceful, restful weekend. I strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay!! We have stayed here before and it always really nice!! Rooms are clean and all have balconys that look out over the river!! Staff is friendly and it's in a good location close to everything!!

Cleanliness is most important to me in a hotel or cabin. Everything here looked very clean! I loved the amount of space in our room and the fireplace! Nice balcony to step out on. The staff that we dealt with were very nice. Makara (sp?) was very kind and a hard worker :) I just suggest they make the coffee a little stronger :) The room was very homey. We will definitely stay here again!

Best hotel rooms I've seen in 20 years. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Love the in room fireplace. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and fresh. View of the river was lovely

This little hotel was such a gem. It was clean and well kept. We loved the in-room fireplace! Conveniently located to most things in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. Breakfast was delicious for a continental breakfast. Staff were friendly upon checkin and check out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean, well run hotel off the PKWY. Quiet location. Pet friendly. All rooms with gas fireplace and balconies as far as I can tell. Breakfast very good with very good coffee. Would highly recommend.
