No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient.
Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed

We have a great time in this property. Two bedroom apartment was great stay with the ocean view. Spacious and well equipped with kitchen utensils and a great balcony. Off season stay in December was very quiet as we were looking for.

The hotel is located beautifully, just beside two amazing and safe beaches. The hotel is in need of some TLC, overall it was ok, we stayed as a family of 4,kids lamented the lack of WIFI but it was welcomed overall! The most frustrating thing was the hotel is advertised with a restaurant and breakfast facilities. There is no food available onsite!! Staff in the main are really nice and the ladies on the front desk are very helpful. While COVID standards are placed in plain site, there is little or no observance. Hand sanitizer is placed around the property, however, most were empty for the 7 days we were onsite, little or no social distancing around the pool and zero enforcement in place. Despite all of these things, we would stay again!

We had chosen the hotel because of the pool as shown in the pictures, but the pool and area were not available.
It was closed for this year and it was not stated when we booked the hotel.
We therefore had to look elsewhere every day.

It is true that it is not a Luxury Aparthotel. But the stay is very good. The entrance is very beautiful and the treatment is excellent! Highly recommended

A quiet place that I would return if the cleanliness improved, the beds are not bad for sleeping at all, the sofa is uncomfortable and there are only chairs and a table made of bad plastic.
