The night manager couldn’t put her phone down to take my reservation and and then got pissy when I complained. The room had 2 cockroaches on the first bed and cobwebs in the ceiling. I chose to cancel my reservation and get a refund and went somewhere else for a higher price and the room reeked of cigarettes and smoking

Room was not very clean, lights and TV remote didn't work, getting any help from the staff, I asked for fresh towels after day 4 and they told me to go the guest laundry and wash them myself. Except 2 of the 3 machines were out of order. Even the non smoking room wreaked of cigarettes, and I had to throw away my suitcase after being unable to get the smell out.
I wouldn't recommend staying here ever to anyone even if I didn't like them.

For the most part I didn't have too many interactions with the staff but when I did they were super professional and kind. At one point I had either lost or left my i.d. and debit card around or at the front desk and they kept it safe for me until I came back down and collected it. They also were super awesome and let me check out 30 minutes late which was helpful because I woke up a bit late and was soooo not going to be ready at 11am.

Room smelled very badly, guess there were smokers previously in, even though we booked non-Smoking room. And we had very noisy next door room mates that made the nights horrible especially with their dogs barking late nights.
They said there would be breakfast in the morning but there was nothing except some drinks

Cockraches, bed bugs, open ***** use outside rooms, fights broke out among people in rooms and front desk did not pay any attention.

The hotel rooms and bed are infested with bed bugs. The rooms and bedding are not being cleaned properly. They staff was not concerned with the issue whatsoever. The front desk clearly was more upset about us asking for a refund than the fact that the room had bed bugs!

they are doing remodeling at this location. the room we had been painted but needed a second coat. there was two little bugs,and a big roach in the bath room . they only had one set of towel in room , ask about that the second evening about getting one more bath towel at 9:00 p.m. the answer was no the had no access to them . we had to get room key reactive for second night.

Unfortunately I spent my money on this hotel. I did to changed the room and was the same issue. Toilet don’t work, Shower water like flooring, NO TOWELS NOTHING . Terrible
