酒店位置方便，房間設施齊全，空調温度正好，還送了小孩子的浴盆浴袍和拖鞋，春節期間價格也不高，以後還會住這裏。

前台先生主動為等候辦理手續的客人端來暖心的熱水，服務項目多，免費為客人打印材料。客房服務員打掃衞生及時、乾淨，並主動為客人介紹酒店的免費服務項目，比如免費洗衣服，洗好後熨燙平整，包裝仔細。特別是服務員李迷，服務態度熱情周到，處處為客人着想，聯繫客房經理幫助客人加入酒店會員，為客人省錢，每晚一個房間可以節省十幾二十元的費用。酒店早餐設在二樓東側，裝修大氣，環境優美。早餐品種豐富，葷素搭配合理，可以滿足客人的味蕾

服務極其垃圾，根本就配不上這個價格，心裏堵的不行，真的讓人生氣！很少給差評，聽我一一道來。
辦理入住的時候，前台就**的。
房間空調不能用，竟然出現了前台電話無人接聽的情況，真是垃圾至極！
前台打電話問續不續住，也是*的不行！
從攜程原房續住不了，我給前台打電話，讓把房間在攜程上打開，被告知，要在前台用現金付款，在我的一再堅持下，對方要求我下樓去到前台再進行打開，理由是，怕一打開就被搶了……後來我一再要求把房間在攜程打開，才打開。那態度，真的不敢恭維！
退房的時候，我的司機，把兩張房卡已經全部歸還，因為歸還時間不一，前台幾個班次沒有溝通好，把責任推給我們，直接上來就説我們少歸還一張房卡？那前台態度像家裡辦了喪事一樣，真的噁心。
最後，説一下：
保安值得給好評，幫我留車位，服務很熱情，生怕別人給我車颳了，還專門用圍擋給我擋起來

設施很老化了，床比較硬，空調聲音挺大的，不建議住臨路方向，這個房型請避坑。停車比較方便，周邊小吃也有，步行就可以。

兩張床，其中一張床被子反面有兩三個硬幣大的臟污，掀開被子就能看到，不過最氣人的是我第二天有考試，樓下面男男女女的大笑聲，説話聲一直持續到兩點多，我實在忍不住了，去找了前台，前台説房間滿了換不了，讓人給我送了耳塞，也是絕了，誰家酒店緊挨着酒吧？大半夜吵吵**，還不如南樓經濟房，最起碼安靜一點，北樓吵吵**。上午考完中午回酒店休息一下，下午還有一場考試，好傢伙，樓下面結婚呢，一進房間就能聽到司儀在講話，聲音那叫一個大，真無語，避雷南樓，除非你喜歡做慈善或者你是個閑人啥也不幹😡😡😡😡😡😡

上面寫了提前三個小時入住，正常酒店白天怎麼也是八點能住吧，提前三小時是五點，現在五點不讓住説是六點才可以，大冬天的這空曠大廳就讓我坐着等到六點。
如果做不到提前三小時辦理入住，還在網站説什麼提前3小時入住，提前一個小時就寫提前一個小時，提前倆小時就提前倆小時，而不是虛假宣傳讓客人到了衹能坐大廳等！
