"Check in and check out was easy. Staff were helpful and found ways around the language barrier. I was in town for the half marathon so only had a light breakfast but there was plenty to eat. There was a slight smell of stale cigarette but it was not so much that it impacted on the stay. The room met my needs and was very comfortable. There is a great park to walk or run around very close. A taxi is necessary to get to town or find a wider range of food options. I ate at the mirage which was a hot pot restaurant and this was a pleasant experience."

"I've stayed in both chain hotels and B&Bs recently, and this is the only one I have to give a bad review. The room design and layout are poor. The bathroom is outside, facing the bed. The towels are in the toilet. The toilet and bathroom are separated, but the bath towels are in the toilet. No matter whether you wash your hands or take a shower, the originally small space will be wet everywhere. The toothbrush is individually packaged, but the toothpaste is placed outside independently. This is not a problem in itself, but when I was brushing my teeth in the morning, I found two tubes of toothpaste, one of which was actually used... I mainly want to complain about the front desk. You said there was a problem with their attitude, but they were very polite. I found the room and was not satisfied. I wanted to call to see if I could change the room, but found that the phone line was unplugged. I called the front desk with my mobile phone, and the front desk said that there were no rooms and they could not be changed. Regarding the phone line, she said that it might have been pulled out by the previous guest and I could just connect it myself. The understated tone made people feel very perfunctory. I communicated about breakfast. My husband went to book it in the morning, but she said that there was a one-yuan price difference between me and my husband. When I checked in, my husband and I were registered at the same time. Why did my husband and I have different prices? I really can't afford it. In the end, I didn't get to eat your breakfast. I just owed that one dollar."
