OK OK... huge complex. For me nothing special, yet I can see why folk like it. In a land of few choices this is very good.

酒店佔地面積大，水景園林環境優美，清明時節玉蘭花開的格外美！酒店大堂與客房不是一棟樓，客房由多棟3層獨立建築組成，停車位多、停車方便。餐廳在大堂內，環境好、用餐方便。有獨棟的水浴，入住客人有門票優惠。酒店整體的環境、衞生、安全、服務都很好，非常值得入住。

帶孩子出遊，這家看似商務正式老舊的酒店反而帶給我們不少驚喜～酒店佔地面積很大，房間也很大，院裏的桃花杏花玉蘭花爭相開放，讓人心情大好。酒店餐廳的早餐午餐也很豐盛，味道不錯。酒店離崆峒山景區開車衹要5分鐘的路程，是來玩兒的不錯選擇！

客房的服務小李團隊服務態度很好，前台服務欠缺因為是花園式酒店、客户尋找房間還是有點時間和方向感的、前台衹是告知大概方向，温泉純屬噱頭沒有實質，特色早餐羊肉泡還要另行收費

房間很大，有個枕頭全蕎麥的，睡着舒服。還有個可以喝茶的陽台，酒店環境樓下好，還有人工湖。大桶礦泉水很便宜，才10元，買了2桶放車上。早餐也很豐富！美！下回再來

真服了，服務巨差的一個酒店
1. 打客房電話讓送兩瓶水，説可以，然後四十分鐘水送不到，着急走就直接退房了。
2. 餐廳服務人員真的巨巨巨巨巨巨巨差，自助早餐咖啡是速溶裝在機子裏倒出來，那你擺那個機子幹嘛，速溶往桌子上一放直接自己沖得了，牛奶竟然是奶粉，稀的要死。
3. 餐廳服務人員真的巨巨巨巨差，我們晚餐第二天早午都在那吃的，我們飯菜都端上來了，筷子小碗勺子沒人給拿，讓服務員拿，一趟拿勺子，一趟拿筷子，一趟拿小碗。真的是瞎，吃不完讓拿打包盒和筷子勺子，又是一趟一趟，最後筷子勺子沒給拿，服務員竟然説你們自己去前台取。那要餐廳服務員幹嘛的，真的讓服務員幹個啥真的費勁，印象賊差的一次酒店，就這還是當地算是什麼政務指定酒店，掛這牌子真的丟人。
4.哦，還沒説呢，直接給我們忘上一道菜，還是在我們催促下才給上。
5. 前台更別提了，一團亂。
