The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options.
The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive.

Hotel maravilhoso! A partir do momento em que você entra na recepção, já consegue perceber o quão espetacular será sua estadia... Tiago fez um tour pelo hotel, mostrando todos os espaços detalhadamente. Logo após, fomos tomar O café da manhã (tem que ser o "O" maiúsculo mesmo). O QUE É AQUILO, BRASIL? Desde o atendimento até os pratos, que possuem uma apresentação maravilhosa e um sabor sem igual... Quando fomos subir para nossos quartos, o Tiago nos surpreendeu e já tinha deixado nossas malas dentro dos nossos apartamentos (foi tão impecável que não errou as malas dos apartamentos, e olha que ele nem perguntou de quem era a mala, mas visualizou como chegamos e guardou na memória). Ao abrir a porta do quarto e ver aquele apartamento espetacular, fui surpreendido com uma carta feita a próprio punho desejando boas-vindas + um mimo ＜3. Bom, quem for não vai se arrepender, pois é um lugar que não tem nem como explicar de tão maravilhoso que é... Quero agradecer à Bruna, que nos recebeu com sua simpatia e sorriso estampado no rosto, e também aos colaboradores Joel, Evelyn, Pedro, Allan, Maria e Leonardo, que deixaram nossa estadia ainda mais especial! Obrigado, equipe Suryaa, vocês foram sensacionais ❤️.

Lugar perfeito para uma escapada de fim de semana! Ambiente bonito e tranquilo, com uma piscina cheia de estilo, com vista para um campo de golf. O quarto é lindamente decorado, com uma banheira de imersão deliciosa no mezanino. Staff nota 10!

Incrível. Atendimento cordial e pró ativo. Piscina no bar do hotel um show a parte. Vista sensacional. Comemos em todos os bares (2o andar e rooftop), e nos restaurante várias vezes. Todo cardápio do hotel - até o rim Service; escolhido pela famosa chef Manu Bufara. Simplesmente incrível a suíte, o hotel e a comida. Voltaremos em breve!!!

Pior experiência em hotel nos últimos anos. Fizemos um off-site da nossa empresa numa terça feira. Dia cansativo. A noite, hotel extremamente barulhento. Pessoas gritando no lobby, jogando poker e gritando. Um absurdo completo, não recomendo a ninguém. Quarto não estava totalmente limpo.
