Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Airport

Room was nice. The only complaint I have was that it was difficult to regulate the temp. It was either freezing or 900 degrees. It was also negative temps outside so that might have had something to do with it. The pool also ended up closed, Which we were very disappointed with. It seemed to be running fine, but no one could give me an answer as to why. Room was clean, hallways and common areas clean as well. The furniture in the common areas could use a good scrub. But we’re not the type of family to stay at the tajma hall so we don’t expect absolute perfection. Would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was super helpful and understanding when I couldn’t provide the full deposit, my room was overall comfy and clean upon arrival. But as the night grew on, bugs were coming out left and right! Cockroaches attacked my toothbrush. Very unpleasant. Other than that breakfast was yummy and minus the bugs i would stay again in the future!

Served moldy bagels for breakfast, bed sheets still had stains on them that could’ve easily been washed out. Customer service was nice

Cleanliness was excellent 10/10. The experience and staff however was DEFINITELY way below that 0/10... I booked my trip on ******* for a meeting I had so I didn't have to drive as far the next morning. Get to the hotel to check in and 1st off she makes a deal about my email address not matching my card name, WHAT, why does that matter then told all 3rd party bookings will be charged an extra $200 "hold deposit", said just forget it, no way, I would just call and cancel, she goes and gets a man who then says no cancel we just hold $50 case you smoke in room, get it right back after checkout, told him I'm just here for a work meeting in the morning, nobody's going to smoke in the room. Checkout the next morning, he tells me they DIDN'T charge my card at all, okay that's great, thank you. I leave on a break something tells me to check my card, and sure enough they did charge my card. Go back after the meeting and the guys gone but the ladies back, tell her what he said and showed her the transaction, she said yes I know I charge your card, I once again tell her what he said, that you guys DIDN'T..I asked when she reversed the charges, she said after you turned in key.Here it is 4 days later and still no refund and yes I called my bank, no pending refusal credits for Clarion Hotel. Horrible horrible customer service, he said she said. And not to mention you gotta stand at the counter and tell Hello 3-4 times before someone actually appears

Comfy and a quiet place to stay for the most part.. the lady at the front desk was super helpful and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning having a decent selection. Would stay again.

I loved my stay here! It smelled wonderful as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable! I would stay here again! The area is quiet and has restaurants close.

Superficially nice. Like many hotels now understaffed. It was difficult to find someone to help at the desk or refill things for breakfast. Pool was “closed for cleaning” but felt like it was never going to open again. No light blocking shades made room bright. Biggest frustration was being forced to park in the restaurant lot next door and hope I didn’t get towed. Having every spot in the lot full isn’t cool. Room was clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful when available.

No curtain on window!! - just a sheer shade that does not block out street lights. Heat is either on and too hot - (64 on an evening that is 34 degrees outside) or freezing when off. Loud traffic on freeway. No quilt on bed. Sheets and a light blanket Towels like sandpaper Should have slept in my car
