Caravel Suites - Adults Only

All I can say is what an amazing setting and experience we had here . From the moment we walked in the staff couldn’t do enough for us . Me and my partner had a 30 minute steam room and use of the in side pool before are full body massage . The only one thing I would say is the inside pool is cold but refreshing.

We had the most wonderful week at Tui blue Caravel! Want to thank some staff separately for their service and hard work. Because they made our week. Johanna in the reception for kindly helping us change room due to some personal matters after the first night. To the best drinks on the whole hotel is made from Asmina in the bar at the pool/beach. And delivered right to the sun chairs by the hard working Vasilis that always had an eye if we needed refill. Their service made us feel really spoiled and made our time at the beach so elevated! At last but not the least Elena the spa manager. This was the most kind person and at the same time very professional. She offers not just the service of the spa and massage on the beach but also a lot of her self and invites you to a nice chat. When you meet Elena you feel so seen and heard. Never change your genuine personality!

We had such a fantastic time in Blue Caravel. Staff very attentive and smiling. Many thanks to the reception (Ciao Alessandro and Stella), the restaurant staff (Ciao Francesca and Samira), the bar staff (Ciao Carlo), the cleaners and everybody. We tried also the Aegeo Spas and treated ourselves with a relaxing massage. The spa Manager, Despoina and Daniel have been so professional. Amazing holiday!

Without fault and a first class experience start to finish. Rooms are clean and pool / beach well positioned. Close to the town and plenty to do ..... Big shout out to the excellent staff ,especially Eva at the pool immaculte manners friendly and attentive....we were truly spoiled. Ευχαριστώ πολύ

4.75 out of 5. This an Adults Only Hotel by the Beach. Let me start with the only negative I can find. The Pools are absolutely beautiful and crystal clear but are so cold!!. You can tell because virtually nobody is using the pools or swim up rooms!!.they might be warm enough in July/Aug but just some warmth would have them used,even if only on until July and that not is people being light weights!!. Right that is that done. The food is absolutely the best I have tasted for an all inclusive main restaurant!.Lots of choice and they have gone for less is more, so a concentration of taste, cooked fresh and restocked regularly. You get one Al La Carte( book early!!),which is a step up again!. The snack bar food is also fantastic for lunch! The rooms are very spacious, big Super Kimg size beds, everything you need in a rooms, cleaned very well and restocked with drinks in the fridge and tea/coffee etc for your kettle. The gardens are very well kept. There is lots of bars around the Pools and they have waiters walking around. Some here have said it takes ages to get a drink,then walk to bar yourself and get one!( tan different sides in the walk there and back!). Plenty of sunbeds to go around the pools and hotel area, obviously if you want a plush bed, then have to get up earlier and stay with the bed/towels!. There is a perfectly good Hotel Gym, Spa and lots of classes and activities if you wish. You will get a welcome meeting, which is more about selling trips( cheaper on the Tui app) and the Tui Blue App does give you everything you need to know. There is lots of Local supermarkets if you forget anything at a price you might expect for a captive tourist market! The sea is clear and there are some fish around the sea grass areas and the sandy bit is more to the left. WiFi is fine, not the best but since everything relies on it, can't expect it to be the same as ones at home.

Tui Blue Caravel is a lovely hotel, amazing staff. The spa team are amazing especially Roberta and Elena. Very friendly and welcoming and are amazing at what they do. Spa is very clean and relaxing and the rooms are also very clean. Food is very nice for an all inclusive. Soul the tui rep is AMAZING, pure vibes from this man! Definitely do the turtle cruise it is so worth it and go into zakynthos town!

I would recommend this hotel and the surroundings the bar and waiting staff are excellent. The activities ladies are superb Wilma and her team. The reception and cleaning team are amazing. The food not so good as it is not at the required temperature however snack bar is cooked to order so meet required temperature. The staff make this hotel but not sure how I feel about head of tui blue entertainment manager I felt quite intimidated and almost bullied when my husband took ill as I only wanted to cancell a trip we booked just the day before and was told we required a doctors note for a refund. I can accept these policies but I felt in certain cases common sense should prevale. Had a doctor and still sorting situation as we due to fly Tuesday. I event tried to give my trip away as a refund was the last thing on my mind but we were told and almost forced to see a doctor. We have and now waiting for another visit from the doctor tomorrow. So ensure you read the terms and conditions of any excursions because there are no exceptions for anyone.

I have been extremely stressed with work, this facial was just what i needed. my skin feels so so good!!! Thank you Marianna for this experience. I am booked in for a massage in a couple of days and really looking forward to it. What a treat! Thank you to all the staff xx

Our 2nd holiday at this lovely hotel. It would be impossible not to fall in love with the setting- it's beautiful and ever so relaxing. It was nice to lots of staff still there from last year. All the staff work incredibly hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food is lovely and there's a great choice that would suit almost every palette. Again the drinks are great, you might have to wait a bit sometimes, but, you're sat down as its waiter service- but what's the rush? You're on holiday! Yes the rooms are small, but you could pay extra to have one of the bigger ones, but, I don't go on holiday to stay in my room! They are kept spotless, with fresh towels and the fridge is restocked daily. If I didn't already have plans for next year, I would have no hesitation in booking for a third year in a row.
