Our room stank. The shower had hair in it. The water never got hot. The bed was fine. It was not what I expected for the money.

Night staff not friendly but day staff was okay. Floors were filthy from our room to common areas.

I would advise to say somewhere else. The outside of the hotel had trash everywhere and there were paint buckets and brushes laid out with no workers present. First room AC was broken and the walls still had tape on them from painting. The shower had a cockroach in it and the sheets were stained. Requested a different room with working AC and when we entered, there was a fan blowing because there was fresh paint. You should not be giving customers rooms that are still being renovated. Sleeping in the rooms with the strong smell of paint was awful. Will not be staying here again.

I paid ******* for my stay at Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland and when checking in on 11-0-2023 they didn’t have record or my reservation and they were booked with no room. I tried connecting with ******* and had no luck. Thankfully the Holiday Inn Express Hotel a block away was able to accommodate me!

Unfortunately the property smelt of pot and the pool was not cleaned, it appears to have clear particles floating on the top.
