In the countryside, quiet, fully equipped, mobile air conditioning, Jacuzzi, with bedroom and terrace upstairs (for beautiful sunsets), bike space.
Its side close to nature (dry toilet, composter) will seduce you.
35 minutes from the sea, close to all shops, you will also enjoy a barbecue area.

First of all, it is new (commissioned since 15/07/21).
This is a classified Tourism Furnished **.
You have the house in its entirety, on the ground floor an equipped living room/kitchen and bathroom, upstairs the bedroom and the outdoor terrace on which we have put sunbeds at your disposal, there is a beautiful viewpoint and incredible sunsets some evenings...
Outside you have a small terrace adjoining the house, it is covered, it is convenient for smokers... there is a garden furniture and the jacuzzi with its terrace. We have put at your disposal a Bbq and a rack to store 2 bicycles.
For your arrival, there is a key box whose code will be communicated to you on the morning of your arrival (usually the last 4 digits of your mobile number), this allows you to be autonomous. That said, we remain available for you if necessary, a message via the app, an Sms or even a phone call.
Quiet hamlet, close (3 Kms) village with all shops, 5 minutes from the castle of La Roche Courbon, 15 minutes from Saintes (and therefore from the exit of L'a10), 35 minutes from the sea, 35 minutes from Cognac, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 1h15 from Bordeaux.
The car is essential but you can also take the bikes for nice walks through the countryside, the woods...
If you are bikers and come with your mount, she can sleep in our enclosed garage.
