We really did not like this hotel. The air conditioning was either freezing - like sleeping with multiple layers cold or was too hot and all of our belongings became drenched in humid water. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The staff was not helpful - we couldn’t find any towels for the beach and pool and were told that we needed to go across the entire property to get towels with our towel cards (still don’t know what that is). The drinks were meh. We kept getting stopped and trying to be ****** into a time share. The beach was not great and there was no sitting room really by the beach. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Really a great experience. I was with my husband, we stayed in the privilege suite, perfect! Spacious room, with individual taps, hydro in the bathroom and in the outdoor area with views of the garden, surreally comfortable bed.
The Hotel has a wide variety of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse you must book on the day, the rest just go and wait.
The Japanese restaurant is not so much about the food but about the sushi chef's experience, it's more of a show, incredible!
I recommend the buffet restaurant as it has a variety of cuisine from different countries and the Japanese restaurant.
Unfortunately, we didn't have good service at the restaurant on the beachfront, which is the only criticism!
The resort has several green areas, so you can find several animals, super cute!! We went bowling and they even have karaoke nights, really fun!
I would suggest just having a heated pool, as all of them are not heated.
It's a complete resort, with ice cream parlor, cafe, wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful hotel, above and beyond our expectations! Food was good, pool & swim up bars were excellent, delicious cocktails! Room made up beautifully each day and the excursions we booked from the hotel were awesome. Would definitely come back

We had the best time staying at the Ocean Rivera Paradise for my 25th birthday. The staff was beyond attentive and friendly. Gerry was an amazing host, he made the whole experience amazing. Manuel who we met during check in was a STAR and by far our favorite on staff, he really made the trip special and we will always remember him in relation to this trip. They made sure to send special things to our room for my birthday. Offered fun things to do on and off the resort, (we thoroughly enjoyed Coco Bongo). So shout out to Francesco and Karina for telling us about the experience. The rooms were spectacular, they were maintained every day sometimes twice a day and we never had to call and ask for anything. Everyone was so helpful with any requests. The property was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. We loved the monkeys and wildlife on the resort. Beaches were clean, not over crowded and had plenty of things to do. The place makes you feel so special as everyone remembers you and says hello. The food was amazing we tried a couple of restaurants but the buffet area was our favorite, there were so many options and the food was always delicious. The drinks were truly unlimited and offered a lot of options. There are so many activities available on the resort you almost don’t need to leave for anything. All in all I can’t say enough good things about this resort. Don’t hesitate to book!

Upon arrival our room was the wrong room. I asked staff prior of our arrival for a surprise for my husband’s birthday in the room and all we got was a small cupcake in the room. Our biggest concern was the room and not having ocean view as we originally booked our reservation for.

It more of a complex type resort with multiple pools and multiple restaurants. The first day we arrived we had the world most rude server at the beach restaurant. You also cant get pool towels after 5 pm. Overall the stay was good and I would say the price is fair with the value.

Our stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise was great and we plan to come back again. Check in was easy and friendly, they offered food and drink while we were checking in. They gave us a good deal on a room upgrade. Lots of entertainment, multiple food and drink locations and pools. Staying Priveleged gave us a few other options for food and drink which was convenient.
