checked in quite late but the front desk staff was very helpful. had to pay deposit but was pre-empted via trip app of this fee. room was huge! i think this room can even accomodate an additonal bed. there were slippers, toothbrush kit and other toiletries available. there is also a mini fridge and table for snacking. however, there is no hair dryer. ladies, if you are not particular, it will be fine. bedside phone also does not connect to the lobby. cleanliness wise, there was a blood spot/stain on the bed. and a housefly that came from the toilet. we lured the fly back into the toilet as it was the easiest solution than causing a ruckus and tried to keep the toilet door closed as quickly as possible when we open it. overall satisfied with the quality of this room and hotel. we will come back but hopefully they change their sheets after evey guest.

We arrived late at night and only needed a stopover before heading to the Pasir Gudang ferry terminal. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, with the added convenience of a lift. Perfect for a short stay and very practical for travelers in transit.

Housekeeping is fantastic, although we stay for 2 nights, housekeeping change the pillow cover, towels and bedsheets the following day. Keep it up

We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

Basic and decent hotel, convenient . There is motorbike parking lot available right outside . For 1 night ok

It is the second time with the Presidental Suite. Believe me! It is worth every penny. Place is clean. Bed is comfortable. Despite a few hiccups regarding payment. But it is worth every penny.

Booked the wrong date but they were accommodating and allowed me to change the date with them. Receptionist was friendly, room was clean and very spacious. Water cooler provided at the lobby Solid 5/5

The room cleanliness is good, the amenities inside the room are good.

For the price paying is not bad. Just that location is a bit quite at night, if driving or take grab is not a issue, can go anywhere. Drive is 7min to permas jaya. 2 min drive to the area where a lot of eateries.
