酒店有捷徑可以通往 入口2，地理位置非常棒。停車免費
若購買一日票，可以打印出來給酒店前台蓋章，可以延長一天，隔天一樣可以進入

位子在16湖入口1.2之間，但有捷徑能進入湖區，就是距離巴士站有一段距離要走，服務人員態度都很好，包含的餐食好吃，但需有自點酒水

酒店位置很方便，設施斉全。唯職員服務甚差，於入住當日1：30到步，唯酒店職員堅持2点房間才可入住，經商量後决定先寄存行李於大堂，待遊湖後才攞房，酒店職員冷淡地交了一條大當鑰匙叫我們自行搬行李到大堂雜物房存房行李，亦沒有交待稍後攞房詳情。唯獨一讚是酒店晚餐不錯。

旅遊多年從未見過一間酒店不提供熱水瓶又限時供應熱水只有用餐時間才有熱水可用在餐廳內的凍水是不能夠盛裝的，職員會警告你這些凍水只能在餐廳飲用不能愛用瓶裝走。
辦理入住手續時被酒店職員嚇破膽
我被告知預訂了八個房間，他拿起一疊紙逐一張在我面前數算說我訂了八個房間
我告訴職員我沒有這樣訂購
我只有四個成人怎會有八個房間我又出示了我的入住證明電郵
但他毫不理會此告訴我我的電腦是這樣顯示我不管你怎樣
從沒遇過這樣態度差劣服務欠佳的酒店而職員叫人嘆為觀止
之後是我自己找Trip.com由Trip.com的職員幫我處理這樣弄了一個小時才能正常入住而他們做錯了事。一句道歉也沒有毫不毫無悔意叫人憤怒。
另外有關於國16湖國家公園入住該酒店門票應該可以Extent的但他們回覆沒有他們也告訴Trip.com的職員沒有此服務實在令人憤怒
從沒遇過這樣蠻不講理毫無服務態度水準差劣的酒店業職員
