Our stay at Fusion Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, the level of service exceeded all expectations. Before we even arrived, Ezekiel personally called to ask how he could make our stay more comfortable. He proactively offered to arrange lunch and dinner reservations, which immediately made us feel valued and well cared for. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every amenity one could need. Attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. A special mention must go to Gloria from housekeeping. Her service was truly outstanding. She cleaned our room meticulously from corner to corner and even took the time to neatly fold our clothes. It was a level of care and attention that is rarely experienced and greatly appreciated. The exceptional service continued right through to our departure. Upon check-out, we were escorted to our car and offered a tray with different temperatures of still and sparkling water for our journey. It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. Every member of staff was attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. The service at Fusion Hotel was impeccable, and it is undoubtedly one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever had. We cannot wait to return.
