They cancelled the booking when family reached the hotel. Didn't even inform about it to us. Very bad experience. They should understand the tourist pain who travel so long frm another state and they just cancel the booking.

This hotel has very bad maintenance. They don’t bother once you enter the hotel. I have raised my complaints to ***ager for pathetic room they provided but they never listen you. May be because of so ***y bad reviews they removed their hotel from google. Don’t go by pics they have loaded its not their real room to serve.

I had the worst experience of this hotel, after a long 7 hour drive when we reached hotel they told me my booking is cancelled. Surprisingly they didn't bother to inform me or the travel partner (agoda) about the cancellation, I couldn't find any other hotel in pondicherry that day as it was long weekend and so we had to come back to Bangalore after a frustrating, disappointing and tiring whole day. I believe this is entirely hotel's fault and possibly they did it so that they can offer our rooms to someone at a higher price. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel at any cost, if they can do this, they can do anything and better to avoid the situation than be sorry at the end.

The worst possible hotel to get into Service is 0. They don't clean the room, a/c is pathetic, flush doesnt work, the hanger tp hang the clothes are broken, complimentary water should be asked and taken. Evn after giving the keys tp clean the room they hadn't done it. For the money they charge this hotel is jist top much. Don't even think about checking into this place. Its worst

Hi guys we had a stay in this hotel for two nights we enjoyed lot and rooms are very comfortable, room was neat and clean and reception persons very polite and gentle and the roof top bar and restaurant near and food was very tasty.
