Hoposa Pollensamar Apartamentos

Had a wonderful stay in the Hoposa Pollensamar Apartments based near the Pine Walk in Peurto Pollensa. We had booked a package with Jet2 and managed to upgrade to one of the penthouse apartments which the hotel group one do direct. Apartment was spotless, comfortable and spacious and to be fair the online photos didn’t do it justice. The outside terrace had very good quality furniture including a Balinese bed - patio table with 4 chairs and two loungers. There was even two super-size luxury towels ready for these beds. The bedroom had plenty of storage, its own TV, its own AC and two large single beds pushed together to form a huge double which was very cosy but one little word of warning the roof slants so anyone on the left had side has a good chance of the odd bump. The bathroom was well lit and had a lovely walk-in shower again with plenty of quality towels which were changed every other day if needed. The living room had two comfy sofas the would do as two single beds if needed, again with its own TV and AC unit It also had a table with four chairs and a small kitchen and well stocked cupboards with many accessories. The swimming pool looked great although we never took a dip as we enjoyed the privacy of our own terrace better. The lift goes to the third floor so there is one flight of stairs needing climbed to reach the apartment. Communications with their sister hotel prior to travelling was superb but just one thing they could improve on is the booking in on arrival to the apartments. It would help if they gave you the keypad number to access the front gate which then allows access to reception - however the iPad connection to the hotel didn’t operate and I had to walk up to sort access out rather than checking in just when passing at our own convince. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly and did a great job around our apartment. Outside they have a few recycling bins to dump off plastic water bottles Highly recommend the Hoposa Pollensamar Apartments and would defiantly stay again, one road back from the Pine Walk and very quite in the evening.

We had a really relaxing stay in this apartment block. Check in was easy and the apartment was spotlessly clean as were the communal areas. Everything was attractively coordinated in style. Facilities worked well and the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was serviced every other day. Its position, at the top end of town suited us perfectly as it was quiet and peaceful but it is a little walk to the shops and bars. We would return without hesitation. We were extremely satisfied . Very nice apartments set 1 street back from the pinewalk in a quieter area (just behind the Illa 'dor hotel). the pool is small but adequate for the amount of apartments (20) unfortunatey when we were there the selfish sunbed reservers were sticking their towels out and reserving even though their is a sign saying not to. There is no reception at the pollensamar you have to use the one at the Bahia a 10 minute walk away, this seems a bit odd as the Illa 'dor is just across the road and they are the same company. The beaches ar literally on your doorstep and a nice bar/restaurant with a small spar shop a 2 minute walk away (called the store). We stayed in a superior room which was lovely but the standard apartments looked every bit as comfortable. there was airconditioning in both the living room and bedroom which was a god send. We absolutely loved our holiday and would 100% return, we fancy staying at the Bahia next time as it is slightly closer to all the bars and restaurants.

Not bad, great location and staff. Prices is high considering what you get. Maybe better options for that price. Pool not too big

Location is great also staff but property should stop that price politicy, price is very high for a 3 stars hotels u pay almost a 5 stars hotel

Lovely apartment by Pine Walk, Puerto Pollensa Great communication before arrival. Saw from previous reviews people complaining about having to go to sister hotel for check in - let them know in advance we would be arriving late and were given instructions how to access property. Apartment nice and spacious with large balcony and a VERY confortable bed. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc provided. One row back from sea but had a glimpse of sea from our balcony. Great value for money.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. The best bits: Immaculately clean Nicely decorated Great bathroom Nice pool area Close to all amenities and in the nicest part of Puerto Pollensa Plenty of good restaurants nearby The only gripe I had was the Fort Knox security to get to apartment on arrival and lack of clear instructions. Too many door codes and temporary cards whilst faffing to check in at the sister hotel which was a 10 minute walk away. It would have been much simpler to receive a text or email with instructions. It sounds minor but when you’re knackered from travel, it was a ball ache

If you book through ******* the instructions aren’t there that there is no reception at this location but located down the road about 800m at Hoposa Bahia.

The apartments are very well appointed having just been refurbished to a very good standard. They are situated in a great location, minutes from the beach ,bars and resteraunts of Poerto Pollensa. All the staff are very helpful and certainly do everything they can to ensure customers have all they need.
