I spent a wonderful 2 nights at this guesthouse. The hosts were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I opted for the cooked evening meal as well which was great. Great indoor/outdoor living spaces.

Roy and his wife were fantastic hosts. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, with an artistic hand. A fan or aircon for peak summer in Porterville will be a good addition. Breakfast was a special treat.

Roy & Monique are passionate hosts and make your stay unique and you’ll feel like home. We enjoyed watching Monique preparing fabulous food! We shared some good laughter while enjoying homecooked dinner and breakfast - Ebony Moon Guesthouse is simply a gem and the best place to stay in Porterville! Also the room was spacious and nicely decorated.

Very pleasant stay at Ebonymoon Guesthouse in Porterville. Your host Roy is an excellent host. Breakfasts was good and on time. Spent a pleasant evening in front of the fire heater. In general, a quite area which ensures a restful night's sleep.

It was one of the most memorable weekends in a very long time. We felt like old friends coming back after a very long time. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous. The art throughout the house aswell as the gardens all added to the positive vibe of what I would call Ebony Moon's personality. Roy and Monique has truly set the bar incredibly high as hosts. We will be back.
