Amazing venue in old port Portland, the staff were easily available and dining service at the 1895 restaurant and the armory were excellent. Drinks were well made. Food was delicious. Fantastic stay at the regency and we can’t wait to go back.

Super convenient property. Great staff and very clean hotel. Staff was helpful in all areas. Rooms are nice. Bed is comfortable. I like the entrance of the Hotel. It’s off any type of main road. Choice of bars and restaurants. Great choice of breakfast. Wait staff are very attentive.

The property is in a great location. Anything you want to do is within walking distance. Food, music, art and museums. Boat excursions also walking distance. Service and staff was really good from check-in and valet to all 3 options for dining and cocktails. I’m tough on clean. Hotel itself was 7 or 8. Bathroom in my room was a little less than that. We’ve been here several times and someone may have had a bad day.

Came for New Year’s Eve and this was a great experience! Staff was friendly, we arrived at 10:30am as we had 11am massages and were pleasantly surprised when our room was already ready and able to put our bags down before heading to the spa. Cannot rave enough about the spa and massage therapists! Would highly recommend!

Old property that needs a refresh.
Very thin walls, we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. Unfortunately they got up at 6 AM and had their kids screaming/throwing balls at the adjoining wall which ruined our rest. We were able to move rooms, next room had no people nearby which was better.
No coffee/water available in the lobby which just seems weird.
Overall, we won’t stay again.

This property was surprisingly beautiful. Loved the whiskey bar and the downstairs bar.
The room was perfect.
Having a shuttle was a bonus and everything is within walking distance.
I would definitely return to this hotel.
Hoping to take advantage of the Spa next time.
