Loved the hotel, the bar and staff, and the staff of the hotel. The room was absolutely amazing for the price. My only note is that the A/C (yes I know I’m a loon for wanting A/C in Portland ME in January) didn’t work properly and had our room a little warm through the night. Otherwise, it was a great stay in a great part of town! Thank you! We’ll be back soon!

We rented a king room for one night. Parking was convenient and easy- cost was $30 but we could come and go as much as we wanted. Our king room was meticulous! Minimal design and very comfy bed. We didn’t try the lobby bar or restaurant, although we did want morning coffee and there was none in the lobby and no one to barista to work the espresso machine- although we got an incredible recommendation for a local spot! Overall great stay in a super convenient area!

The entire hotel was excellent. Check in staff greeted us with a friendly hello and check in a breeze.
The furnishings are gorgeous. Love the couch overlooking Casco Bay.
Jordan the bartender was amazing!! So friendly and welcoming. We had dessert there both nights and was so good. Get the Crème Brûlée!!

Our suite was super clean as well as comfortable! Their restaurant 'Alto Terrace' was a bit on the expensive side but the food was beyond amazing so we figured it was worth the money. With that said I'd give this hotel a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Only downfall was that they didn't have a swimming pool, my daughter was hoping to taking a swim. For the business traveler this is an excellent choice of hotels in the downtown Old Port area.

Couldn't have asked for much more. Wonderful modern room. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower and bathroom. Excellent lighting choices. Easy walking to dining and downtown. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Well done

The suite was great but had some quirks that will prevent returning.
The room makes a lot of noise. The heat/ac clicks, snaps, rumbles and generally sounds like someone is moving about in the room with you. For a “soundproof” suite, I could hear the guy milling around on my floor in the hall outside my room.
The entertainment is Bluetooth everywhere but only for audio. No way to connect and stream video. No HDMI or input ports or options in the menu for any video.

Nice hotel and amazing staff. They were very kind and helpful. Parking was a bit confusing as there was a sign that said no hotel parking but it was convenient that it was attached to the elevator. Room was comfortable too
