Great motel, the cabin was clean and had everything needed for cooking, plus excellent beds and linens.

The reception staff couldn't be more accommodating and with an after hour check in service made our weekend  such a effortless, simple and friendly trip.  Thank-you so much. When travelling for sports events long distances off the back of a school week this is such an important part of the trip esp when its almost every other weekend for a few months.

Clean property and close to local amenities

Overall it's g great stay for a short holiday. The amenities are quite complete; I would have given this a perfect score if not for the bathroom basin taps. The hot and cold water are from separate taps with no mixer.

The location is good as close to the beach. The house is huge and clean. Thank you!

This is about the fourth or fifth time we have been to this park and love it every time lovely sites,clean amenities close to everything shops,beach etc.The staff are always helpful and friendly

Great place to stay. Pleasantly surprised when we arrived to be told we had been upgraded from a standard to a superior cabin. It made a stay which was already great value for money into an even better one! The cabin was spacious and spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The park is in a excellent location, close to both the beach and town and there is a lovely clifftop walk just behind the park's back fence. Highly recommended.

WOW! NRMA Portland is a gem — and our go-to spot whenever we visit Portland. This was our second stay, and it’s safe to say it won’t be our last. The location is unbeatable: just a 5-minute walk to town, a 5-minute walk to the beach, and stunning views right from the park, even just peering over the fence feels magical. But it’s not just the location that makes this place special. The park itself is packed with great facilities: a kids’ playground, laundry, camp kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a well-stocked ice-cream fridge, and immaculately maintained grounds. It’s fun for the whole family, even the pets! The real standout, though, is the team. Dea, Gav, and Ally are absolute legends. Their warm, friendly presence makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. On our first visit, they hosted a live music night around the fire, with Gav and Ally as the stars of the show. They even had the local gin distillery and pizza van there; it was a fantastic night for everyone. Thank you, Dea, Gav, and Ally, for all your hard work and for making my wife, kids, and I feel so included. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing! Warm friendly welcome. We stayed in the waterview cabin and it is huge. Extremely spacious living area. Built in BBQ on the deck. Only stayed 2 nights as part of a longer trip but wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book this again when we are heading to Portland.

Very friendly staff, on site entertainment/music.Beautiful walks to lighthouse & along clifftops. Long walk & steep steps to beach, long walk to town= lots of exercise. Lovely beach. Showers often cold & this unfortunately is a deal breaker for me. But overall enjoyed our stay in Portland.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ally and Dee who welcomed us with open arms. We were given a fantastic caravan site despite not having made a booking. Night time came and Gavin brought out his guitar and around the fire started the sing along. The park is constantly being upgraded and the staff work hard to maintain the property. Future guests please join into the activities to get the most from your stay. Dee and Gavin you are best hosts . Thank you, until we meet again.

Location was great with short walk to shops, right on the beach, great park, great amenitites, Managers have fun things organised regularly, great fun and would recommend to everyone! We will return.
