There was no Wi-Fi in my room nor TV conection, when reporting the problem I was lead to a representative in another state and he could not fix it.
The door was broken from inside, not safe although the building has security.
Dirty bathroom and floors, really dirty.
There was a nespresso coffee machine with specific refills, not enough coffee for the days and inability to make coffee due the specifications, and at the laundry there was disrespectful owners/rentals disrespecting my guest rights. This was the worse I wish get money back from the days without Wi-Fi

No parking available (even though they offered last week and despite plenty of space available in the building) and very poor security to enter the apartment (all apartments have the same basic 2-digit code, varying only the apartment number). Definitely not recommended this level of exposure in Brazil

Excellent, even in soft opening!
All very automatic. In and out with no hassles. Codes to door and WiFi prior to arrival. All works well. Rooms impeccable.

Recebemos um primeiro apartamento sem Wi-Fi, sem controle da TV, sem toalhas, com chão grudento/ensaboado, batente solto, cobertor fedendo a xixi entre tantos outros problemas. Informamos e nos confirmaram a substituição no dia seguinte a um apartamento deluxe. Fomos migrados para outro apartamento também com problemas de limpeza e muito aquém do prometido. Apartamento padrão e não deluxe. Atendimento péssimo e ineficiente. Mentiras e falha nas informações passadas. No segundo apartamento não havia sequer água quente. Feita nossa reclamação a solução proposta pelo Fornecedor foi a reacomodação em outro prédio, em bairro muito distante dos compromissos pessoais/profissionais e em apartamento de qualidade inferior.

Atendimento horrível! A empresa que aluga atua remotamente e para o check in você deve enviar seus dados por um link. Que por queda no sistema não pude realizar. Mesmo tentando por mais de 2 horas na chuva, na rua e com mala. Período o qual estive em contato com a Empresa Charlei (Bianca, Will, Guilherme) com total descaso e sem outra possibilidade de acesso a unidade paga. A orientação foi aguardar na rua com chuva até que o sistema retornasse.
