The best thing is its location a few meters from the San Ildefonso church, very close to the São Bento station, Rua Santa Catarina, Aliados avenue and Bolhão market, really for a short visit it is perfect because you reach all the points of interest shortly. It is also next to Café Santiago with the best francesinhas. As for the hotel facilities, you enter by stairs, it does not have an elevator so there is no accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and the entrance sign is erased, so it is difficult to locate it, the staff's attention is good; They gave us a room with a double bed + single bed, we saw that there were better ones but for the price we paid we did not complain; The bathroom is small and the sink is outside the bathroom, this was practical for me, it is a hotel to go to sleep and that's it. As a positive point, they have extra bedspreads and as a negative, the walls were stained from the friction of luggage and they have not been painted in a long time, which makes it look dirty, but the room, bathroom and bedding were clean, only the walls give that appearance. Ours overlooked the interior patio and we slept extremely well, and after walking all day, fatigue wins.

The accommodation is very well located to enjoy Porto! The staff is easily accessible and responded quickly to our requests. Spacious bedroom with plenty of storage. The bed was a little stiff.

The hotel was very uncomfortable, old, the bed was uncomfortable and unstable, it was not adapted to people with reduced mobility and does not correspond to the photos on display. In relation to quality/price I would not recommend it, too expensive for the place it is. The only good thing I would highlight is its location, which is quite central, and the acceptable staff treatment.
