Very spacious, close to cafes and grocery stores.
Distance from the old town was greater than expected. Guests need to know there is a second flight of stairs within the unit - not a problem for us but it could be challenging for some.

Hotel well located, in the center of Porto, close to restaurants, transport and attractions. The house is beautiful, old, like a guesthouse (not a hotel itself). Easy checkin, comfortable apartment, simple bathroom. There is no breakfast, but a coffee maker in the room. Parking is paid but not disclosed on the website when we made the reservation. As it is an old building, the floor makes a lot of noise because it is made of wood, and unfortunately guests do not respect the silence.

House separated into several rooms.
The gentleman from the hotel who greeted us was very nice.
Codes to open the doors at the entrance of the house and key for the rooms because you are independent during the stay for reception 24/24, it does not bother me because you can communicate with the gentleman by email or telephone.
I advise you to book the rooms upstairs and not on the ground floor because they are damp and musty because there is a ba*****t below and it is an old stone house (see the photos of the bathroom of bedroom 2).
We explained the problem to the gentleman he was able to find us a solution for the rest of the nights and change rooms.

Very comfortable accommodation, the rooms are spacious in a historic house but with the necessary comforts and very clean. WiFi works ok, toilets are good. The location is excellent, on Avenida Boavista with easy access to the city's points of interest.
