Nice clean room, a bit cold and only have an electric heater in room, though it did warm up fairly quicky. Restaurant good value as well, especially with the value meal deals. Front of house staff good. Run out of things to say but have got to have 200 characters as minimum.

Needed this stay unfortunately due to a bereavement and just wanted a hotel that could provide a clean room and decent bed at an affordable price. Was not let down comfy bed, clean room and bathroom with plenty of hot water for a bath, much as I would expect from Premier inn. Location was good and view to boot of the sea as we were on the first floor. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Only downside is it doesn’t have its own restaurant but they have a pub on the site where you can book and pay through premier inn. While we were there weather was not good and it was blowing a gale and raining so not great when we had to go outside to get breakfast and evening meal. We had a meal the night of arrival and I had a lovely meal unfortunately for my husband not so much as they got the order wrong and by the time his meal arrived I had finished mine and I am a slow eater. We had cooked breakfast the following morning and food was nice but plates were cold and therefore overall so was food but was cooked nicely. No orange juice on either day for hubby but coffee for me was lovely. We had two breakfasts there paid for in advance when hotel was booked.

Stayed as was attending wedding nearby. Receptionists friendly and polite, room basic but clean, bed comfortable and shower powerful so it was just fine.

Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn - friendly welcome, clean room, comfy bed, and easy parking. The hotel is conveniently located for key attractions in Cornwall, including the Eden Project (about 10 mins drive) and highly recommend a visit to Charlestown - it's beautiful year round but especially during the spring/summer when all the harbour businesses open up (highly recommend HBQ for food and Rebellion do a great Sunday Roast). Great paddle boarding (or swimming) from Porthpean beach (equipment hire available from Easter through to October), which is only about a 12-minute drive away. We've seen seals every time we've been out from here. Carlyon Bay is also worth a visit (about 10 mins drive), and from mid-April there is a beach bar, food trucks and often live music or other activities happening. Great beach for swimming too.

Was asked if we had put our blue badge in our windscreen(not disabled) Was given a room with 50% lights not working within 10 mins the power tripped out @ reception was told it was the kettle & they would give us a new one and perhaps if I reset the trip it may work! 😂 was grudgingly given a different room & asked if we could manage the stairs🤔🤒😠

The hotel is very out dated, the room smelt musty and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pub next attached to the hotel closed at 10pm on a Friday night.

Receptionist Shelliie was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She carried all my heavy bags plus a suitcase from my room to the car! Thank you for such lovely staff.
