Had a weekend away. Very good staff. Very helpful. Really clean. Overall a good hotel to book at. Food was amazing reasonable priced.

Although the location was great as were the staff. The bathroom smelt bad and the hot water tap in the sink was cold.

Thr pillows were the fluffiest I've ever had and staff were very helpful and never failed to help me with anything i needed and the my room was spotless no dust or dirt anywhere and i enjoyed my view from the hotel room window great view of the dockyard

Great stay again, the man on reception Zach I think was very polite and helpful. My room was clean and the shower was lovely and hot. Great food at the onside restaurant and lovely and quiet at night I my comfy bed. Will continue to stay here keep up the good work

Can’t moan about this hotel. We went for a couple of nights to experience the dockyard and it’s literally in the doorstep. Nice staff, good check in, nice room, clean, good breakfast. The only two things I’d say is the mattresses could do with being replaced (not uncomfortable, you could just tell they were old) and please, for the love of God, put toilet brushes in your bathrooms. Some of us were raised to clean up our mess, and I’d rather not use my hands, thanks. Other than that - top stay. Great value.

The Premier Inn is in a great location, a five minute walk to The Historic Dockyard and ten minutes from the shopping and dining at Gunwharf Quay. We chose the premier plus room and was spacious, comfortable and very quiet, on the fifth floor. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was all you would expect from a Premier Inn. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking is in The Dockyard car park across the road, £14 per 24 hours, but this was reduced to £10 by The Premier Inn. All in all, an enjoyable stay and recommended.

Cozy Room, Polite And Friendly Staff, Great Views From The Room And Perfect Location To Get Into Town Centre. Highly Recommend Staying Here If you’re Planning To Go To Portsmouth For A Nice Trip. They’re was even a Easter Egg Hunt For the Kids

The best Premier Inn we have stayed in. Staff very friendly and courteous and had a lovely touch of a wee treat on our pillows. Very nice room very spacious and spotless. The bar attached looked nice but we went elsewhere to meet family but this is where breakfast was served and I have to say it was by far the best cooked breakfast of any Premier Inn we have stayed. Fabulous stay will definitely be back

Wonderful experience, the room was great and the hotel a stones throw from the main attractions. The restaurant was amazing! All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Cocktail hour was an added bonus! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!
