The convenience of walking out the airport and straight to the hotel. Althougn hotel was not near any conviences a shuttle was available to take you down town to the beaches. The shuttle driver were excellent made you feel at home.
The hotel staff were warm and friendly made you feel that your needs were important to them. Had a great time feeling welcomed.

The hotel is right beside the airport which was the reason for staying there. The hotel was clean but the room smelled very musty. Service in the restaurant was extremely slow.

Liked that breakfast is included and check out time is 12:00 o'clock.
Very convenient for people flying from Aruba.

This hotel had no hot water !! Had to take shower in cold water or no shower at all. Will never stay here again

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Unfortunately its quality has definitely deteriorated. There was no hot water for most of the day and into the night. I couldn’t shower. There was no body wash in the bathroom container either. The dinner staff was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes with my order. There was a hair on the dish of my main course when it was put in front of me. The table rocked because it was not properly leveled so they had a sugar packet propped underneath it for balance. This is not the quality or caliber I expect from Hyatt!!

This is a great property if you need to stay one or two extra nights before or after your stay in Aruba. Free breakfast and very friendly staff are a perk. Hotel is newer and modern, but cleanliness was lacking with unknown substances on the walls in bathroom and next to bed and multiple hairs found in room on check in. Be aware taxi minimum is $21 to drive less than 2 miles to downtown under 7 minutes. Hotel is at the airport so perfect to walk over to the airport on your way out of the country.
