The location of the hotel is first-class, the environment is first-class, and it is a family hotel. But there are two points that must be remembered: 1. There is a problem with the hotel's credit card payment. This time, the hotel has not received the payment for the second time in a row (it is estimated that the equipment of Telecom Italia is old), and I have received the payment at that time. After successfully texting, you can only pay cash and settle with the hotel before returning to your country to communicate. 2. The food situation in the hotel, the pasta for lunch is too salty. Proposed to them at that time. The raw fish ordered at night was too bland and had no taste at all. Michelin restaurants should not be of this standard. I hope friends who are interested in staying in this hotel will remember it.

So I haven't stayed at this resort yet, will be staying in summer. But, I can only say so far amazing things. I booked for 2 nights and the concierge has been amazing. They have booked my restaurants, made reservations for their inhouse boat which is included of no charge. They also inlcude tastings, multiple types of boat tours, breakfast buffet and beach club access all included. can't wait!

My SO and I spent a month touring Italy; out of the 10 hotels we stayed at, this was our favorite by far. It was pricey, and up until our arrival, I was second guessing its worth given the cost, but I am VERY happy with our choice. It's impossible to describe this hotel and its location in a way befitting to its glamour and charm. The sophisticated, yet relaxing, aura of insouciance awaiting you is rejuvenating. The attention to detail, second to none. Though the restaurant gets crowded during dinner, the breakfast buffet was delicious and felt intimate (as it was only for guests). We met the friendliest group of people at the pool, and had no trouble feeling at home. Every room at this hotel is picturesque and dreamy. I honestly can't sing Le Sirenuse's praises enough, and plenty others have already sufficiently done so. I fall into a daydream just thinking about this hotel, and can't wait to return. If you're on the edge like I was, take the plunge and book! It could very well become your favorite hotel, as has become the case for me.

Le Sireuse is in my list since April 2000 Due to Covid I have to cancel that trip However, I decide my first trip since pandemic to me here. Love the service from friendly staff , the weather is not good when I get here but I have a very beautiful memories here. Need to have a lot of budget since Positano is high cost living. Not recommend to come during long holiday by bus is disaster. I was there during easter and it's very pack.

Such a special place to stay. Sitting right over the beach and sea, this hotel has the most amazing views and best position in Positano, footsteps from everything. The pool and restaurant area are so stunning it made it hard to leave and we spent long hours lying by the pool eating drinking reading and just admiring the view. The view from the rooms is also breathtaking. The beds were super comfortable. The food is outstanding. The service incredible - friendly and helpful staff. A real authentic Italian experience. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at Le Sirenuse solo for only one night leading up to a wedding in Ravello and am so glad that I did! The stay was basically flawless. An easy transfer organized by the hotel from Naples and a smooth check-in experience with Maria at the front desk kicked off the stay. I arrived before my room was ready, and Maria did a great job of reviewing my itinerary, explaining how to make the most of my limited time on-property and smoothly handing me off to various English-speaking employees before I arrived at the pool restaurant for lunch. The pool, bar and casual restaurant are the heart of the property because of their extraordinary views of Positano and the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is truly one of the best views one could desire for lunch, pool lounging, reading etc. (and with views are clear and sunny most days the property is opened between April and October). Food across the board was excellent. I had a wonderful lunch at the pool (tomato salad and club sandwich) with generous portions, a nice bread service with housemade tapanade and Le Sirenuse olive oil, an amuse bouche and very attentive staff (e.g. they offered a table in the shade as the sun shifted midway through my meal, they brought another cocktail, olives and almonds to snack on after I finished my meal). La Sponda was a wonderful experience too. Elevated food featuring local ingredients, a flexible menu, live music and beautiful views (as with everywhere on this property). The service is what really stood out in a week full of great food — I was instantly recognized and greeted when I came down the stairs for dinner, the sommelier did an amazing job of pairing the a la carte dishes I chose with local wines, and the service was warm and helpful, but never overwhelming or pushy. I was in the base room as I booked a couple of weeks before my stay at a time when the property is generally sold out. The room was very comfortable, and had a nice view (albeit limited compared to the higher room categories). There was a festival in town that night so it was wonderful listening to the sounds of Italian music, Positano and sea breezes outside of my window while lounging in the room...and thankfully the sound insulation was great when it was time for bed. I loved the take-home gift offered in the room (I won’t spoil it), and all of the thoughtful touches, local handiworks and artwork throughout the property that extended to the room. It was basically a perfect stay. The only constructive criticism I would offer is that the gym is limited in the weight equipment it offers — it would be great to get a full rack of free weights to use as the one set of adjustable dumbbells that they have was in use while I was there so I had to wait a while, and the base rack only goes up to 20kgs or so. I would love to return and stay for longer. There were plenty of activities included on offer (sunset cruise, walking tour of Positano), and the location of the property is ideal for exploring town and walki

One of the most incredible hotel experiences we’ve ever had. While pricey, Le Sirenuse is well worth it. A few highlights: The staff. My oh my, the staff! Unmatched service across the board. We loved the restaurant service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the concierge services were phenomenal. In particular, Leonardo was a highlight of our whole trip…he provided amazing recommendations and service and made us feels like family (and gave us many laughs!) The room. Our room was incredible, views for days, and extremely peaceful despite being near the lobby. The bed was also insanely comfortable and we slept incredibly well while there. The food. Breakfast was fantastic and La Sponda for dinner served us some of the best food we had in Italy. Le Sirenuse is an oasis in the midst of a crazy busy town and our stay was just fabulous - highly recommended.

Heavenly home from home. Our 19th visit. And we are never disappointed. Having stayed at some of the most glorious hotels we always feel Le Sirenuse tops the charts. The amazing attentive staff wrap their arms around you (metaphorically) like a cosy blanket. Relax on the terrace. Enjoy the food in the divine restaurants, and Mauro on reception is one of the warmest kindest people. Definitely family run. Generations of love has gone into every detail. Thank you Sirenuse Family. We shall see you 2024!

We chose The Sirenuse to celebrate our 30 th wedding anniversary , From the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to leave the experience was first class. We were in a standard room which was comfortably furnished , perfect view from our terrace . Linen and towels plentiful and water supplied each evening . The 2 restaurants , Aldo’s on our first night was great , and La Sponda where we celebrated our anniversary the evening was amazing we were serenaded at the table and the room was bestowed with candles , pool bar and don’t worry bar all the staff were friendly professional and made our stay such a fabulous trip . We were lucky to go on the hotels sunset cruise which was very special and shared by other hotel guests the crew were excellent . Fabulous hotel , thanks to all for an amazing stay .
