Our group of five people did a day pass with the hotel to visit the natural pools on 2023-12-14. The different temperature pools were fun, and I would probably give 4 or 5 stars if not for one major drawback: A day or so after we visited, two of our group ended up with folliculitis (aka "hot tub rash") on our legs. Do not go here, it is not worth the bacterial infection you will likely get.

This place sucks! It’s very expensive, mediocre room, WiFi so weak that you can’t use a laptop top, the pool closes at 6:30 even for hotel guests. The list goes on and on. If you just want good instagram pictures and don’t care about anything else than I guess this is your jam. Otherwise save yourself a lot of money. It deserves zero stars

Cant get agold of anyone and cant get payment system to work. They have no whats app and only a bot. I tried the credit cark booking system with multiple cards and it doesnt work. Then i tried contacting via email and no response. All we want to do is book a full day spa pass for 11/28 and its inpossible.

Good hôtel and good services. However, we were charged VAT and it was not given back to us by the hotel, which argued that it was a complicated process… every foreigner paying by credit card should be exempted from paying VAT, that’s the Argentinian law. All the hotels we went to took the VAT off but not them… we couldn’t get the taxes back at the airport as they’re only refunding VAT on goods, not services. So be aware of the practices of this hotel before booking.

Buenas noches.

Almuerzo abudante , rico. Personal amable y predispuesto .
