Quality Inn Prescott

Overall good experience. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Good parking in the parking lot. DoorDash delivered right to hotel room door which was nice. Convenient location near town. Very clean hotel.

I’ve stayed at Quality Inn in Prescott several times and this was my most unpleasant experience. There just seemed to be a variety of little issues in many areas. I felt my bed needed replacing, the little lotion/shampoo jars had been opened (previously used?), my room was loud, and in my mind the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel that offers breakfast (no eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc.). The positives: Good location and some of the staff was wonderful. I won’t be staying here again.

I appreciated the young lady that checked us in as she was professional and easy to talk too. I would of liked more attention to the room.

The towels and sheets we so thin. I woke up with some kind of insect bites across my face and the next morning my feet had bites also . No idea what it was in bed with me.

Great location. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. On the negative side, I stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping service to empty trash and check / replace linens.

I booked a room for one night (cost about $150 w/tax). I arrived early and asked the receptionist if I could check in early. She said yes, but the room was upstairs. I took it and checked in. Nothing was said about upcharge for early checkin. I never received a statement at the hotel or online, but the credit card was charged $199 for the stay, so I assumed there was afee for early check-in. This is unacceptable in my view and I will never go back there again.

I wanted to stay an extra night and they could not accommodate with out checking out, ,checking in and paying another deposit..

All was Ok. 2 doors keypads letting people into hotel did not work most of the time leaving you stranded outside the hotel and having to walk to the opposite side of the facility to get back in. Reported to the front desk and the attendant merely said it’s been broke for a long time and he’s had a work order in to get it fixed and nobody will fix it. Seems like they do not want to upgrade the hotel.

First of all the gentleman who checked us in was lovely. Super kind and helpful. The ROOM however was disgusting. I literally never ever leave negative reviews but when we walked into our room it had such a strong pungent smell that literally took your breath away. It's hard to even describe. It was like a mix of heavy cigarette smoke (non smoking room) mixed with chemical smell and mildew almost moldy smell. It didn't seem healthy to breathe in all night and we definitely were gagging and affected by it. Having our 6 year old with us my husband asked to switch rooms. Again the attendee that helped us was great. We got a new room and while it wasn't nearly as bad as the first one, it was mildew smelling and there was popcorn underneath the beds srull from who knows when , the headboards had smear marks all over them of I don't even know what or want to know. Overall cleanliness was just not great. That being said, again while staff both check in and check out were wonderful, the hotel stay in itself was not good. Again I never write negative reviews. We will most definitely be staying elsewhere next trip.
