I'm not feeling well, I have a fever, and I can't enter the country. I asked the hotel in a few words and Trip.com did not refund at all. I'm so disappointed. .

Just back from an 11 night stay at this lovely hotel with its beautiful location. We were all inclusive plus , the food was great with plenty of choice we were well looked after with a happy face and good service by Stelios the maitre d And his team. Our upgraded sea view superior room with hot tub which was superb was sorted out by Antonis the Operations Manager who was very helpful and always making sure that everything was running smoothly around the hotel. There was plenty of free sun-beds around the pool and grassed areas. The beach was beautiful, 5 euros for 2 sun-beds all day which we thought was reasonable . The free beach towels changed daily was a nice touch from the hotel. The waiters and waitress around the bars were very good making sure your drinks were topped up again with great service. The staff at the reception were also very helpful with any questions or requests that we had . All in all we couldn’t fault this hotel and would give it 6 stars if we could so would definitely recommend it Thank you

The staff are the loveliest people ever and make you feel so welcome. The hotel itself is stunning and the views are unbelievable. The food was so good every single day. I’d recommend getting the bus into the centre as it’s 5 euros for a day and isn’t a long journey at all. It’s the right hotel if you want relaxation but also easy access into the centre. Having a beach at the hotel is also a massive bonus so you can watch the sunrise and sunset by the sea. This hotel is appropriate for all holiday types (couples, families, friends etc). :)

Lovely staff. Beautiful location. Really want to say a big thanks to the staff there for making our wedding super special. We really enjoyed our suite and the beach also. Great place if you want to relax and have everything infront of you. The staff always did their best to help us and it was nice to enjoy some of the entertainment provided by the hotel.

Piece of heaven holiday for us! For all who appreciate sun, sea, golden sand, delicious food, comfortable rooms and great staff, I recommend this hotel! We booked All Inclusive Plus and the food was great every day. All the staff are super friendly and listen to all guests comments. There was 2 life guards who were really chatty and friendly too. We did the boat trip you can book at the hotels shop to see the turtles and that was great fun. Improvements would be: better screen for football, hash browns on the menu every breakfast and some music on in an evening in the outside restaurant.

We have just got back from our 7 night holiday at this hotel, in a beautiful location. The hotel is very clean and the staff all work incredibly hard. The rooms are all of brand new decor, they are very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a sea view & I would recommend paying the extra to do so. It’s very quiet in terms of immediate location, but that suited us, situated at the end of the resort in its own little bay. The food is fresh and tasty, with lots of choice each day! Some dishes really were amazing and delicious. Anna on the reception desk was always friendly and helped us get a taxi. We had so much enjoyment at the karaoke night and bingo night on the Monday night in the main bar. A lovely holiday and lovely memories made.

Just home from a lovely week at golden coast. There was six of us, and we all had a great stay. All the staff are just lovely, and kind with a smile each day , We found always something good to eat at the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the coffee machine served a great cappuccino, Our room was lovely and modern with the most beautiful views of the sea, beach and small church. The maids kept our room cleaned well nearly every day. Pool areas were nice but need a few more sunbeds around the pool. (so you can watch the children) It was also good to be provided with fresh pool towels everyday. There is a great shop onsite with friendly staff and the shop has everything you could need to buy on holiday. Hotel needs a better TV to watch the sports on and the entertainment needs to stay in the Hesperia Bar and not the room with the stage. The dancing show was great on Tuesday evening, but the karoke night was the best night! Thank you to the lovely waitress called Rita in the restaurant very nice girl. Finally you need hot plates, it was a shame to get choose our food, to then put it on a cold plate. Top marks we would stay again. Great stay for us! 👍

This was our first time to this Hotel and the resort. We have to say it’s been a great April Holiday with high temperatures every day. We booked All Inclusive Plus and the food in the restaurant was brilliant. Our Sea View room was fantastic, the whole room was great to be fair. We had a very large Super King bed, walk in shower and lots of modern gadgets to control the lighting and air conditioning settings. The rooms are all of a new style due to the hotel having a new make over. The pool area is clean and spacious over looking the bay of the beach and the 2 life guards are very friendly. There is building work going on near the hotel but it didn’t affect our holiday at all. The location over the hotel is very remote, and the beach seems like it’s only the guests from our hotel on it. (Very private) Only improvements I would recommend is you need a much larger TV in the Hesperides Bar for the football. It’s far too small and we could hardly hear the sound on it! You have the Euros football season starting soon and many guests in the hotel will expect a decent TV to watch it. The Bingo and Karoke nights are excellent when they are in this bar area too. (not in the dark other room with table clothes on it) Can’t wait to book again! Happy Holidays for us!

Staff are fantastic, rooms very comfortable and spotless. Plenty of sunbeds, no need to get up early to reserve any. Pool bar can get a bit busy but staff work hard to get through the orders. Cats that hang around are very cute. Hope the hotel don't mind guests slipping them a bit of food at meal times..... I did this a few times :) Would definitely stay again, thanks
